The people at the front desk were great. Especially the man who checked us in. I don’t remember his name, but he talked about the college that used to be in north east, pa, and I believe he was maybe a manger. Super friendly and reminded us several times to let him know if we needed anything. The bed is too firm for my tastes, but everything else was great.

Pros (+) The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean. We loved the mini kitchen in our room, and the fact they saved me one with a tub!
Cons (-) The bathrooms were a bit outdated, and the water didn’t get very hot. The indoor pool area was clean, but the water was freezing. There is only one way in and out of the hotel, and that’s onto a busy one way road. The only ice machine is on the first floor, and there is no ice bucket in the room. The queen size bed seemed small, more like a full size bed.
