The reception is open 24h, so good for a late arrival. Speedy check in and out.
The room was not in the hotel itself, but almost one block away, in a shabbier location, quite noisy in the early morning (bin collection, loading and unloading). Towels were not exactly spotless. Would have been a disappointment if spending more days, unless one makes sure is located in main site.

Customer service ..unhelpful after friends muging ..gave incorrect details 're Contacting British Consulate for a urgent passport application for woman in my party ..that incured additional unnecessary stess and costs ..when later advised. THEY had correct procedure written in their books ...but night staff were obviously not trained to support or deal with this crisis of a handbag muging .

There are local stores open for late night needs in case one did not pack essential items. Hotel is really close to the beach; across the street. Very good accommodation, bus stops around the corner. Very easy and cheap link to the city centre of Palma and to the airport. We recognized how important is for ourself having a good treatment from the staff. Reception staff/restaurant staff/cleaning staff all of them very helpful and friendly. We were treated perfectly :)
Cold water in the swimming pools :( Very early check out time (11 AM), additional payment requested for extended hours in the room (same day) even the room wasn't booked for someone else. We had a flight at 21 PM where we needed to checked out at 11 AM. We were charged additional 50 euro with no food included in the price.

They took us outside to a separate apartment so not even in the hotel. I thought that was false advertising. We only stayed one night. Horrible place shouldn't be a part of the same hotel 20 pound a night for rooms like that not 60 each.
