There was only one bath towel for two people, no hairdryer. It was my partner's birthday so have asked for a bath tub. Never got it. Shame hotel doesn't want to go an extra mile to satisfy customers. Have sent a separate message to find out if there are any vegan options for breakfast and never got a response. On arrival have asked receptionist about vegan options. I've been told I should have contacted the hotel prior the arrival. On check out, was asked how was everything so told them about my disappointment. Didn't even get an apology. Not great. Won't recommend. Definitely not worth €100 a night

We had booked a room in another hotel that was closed when we arrived and ended up in Eindhoven at 10pm with nowhere to stay. So we had to book a new room last-minute and arrived about 5minutes later at Campanile Hotel. The staff and manager were super nice and helpful and offered us free breakfast when we told them about our misfortunate experience. The breakfast was great and diverse. Thanks for that sweet attention! Free private parking was a plus, especially in Eindhoven.

We were in a room accessible for disabled people. So the shower and bathroom were adapted accordingly which wasn't really convenient for us because it meant wet floor on the entire bathroom when we would take a shower. In their defence, they warned us and asked us if it was a problem for us straight from the beginning. We didn't really know what it meant at the time so we said no... (now we know ;)). The hotel is close to a high-road so can be noisy when there is traffic... The double bed is quite small and makes some noise so it can be annoying. Overall, I'm not sure it's worth the price (+-100€/night)... but I feel like everything is a bit expensive in Eindhoven...

The room was well furnished, small but functional. Everything was quite comfortable. There was a lot of silence and the beds quite comfortable. Functional heating that can adjust with the temperature you wish. An electric kettle with some tea.

I didn't really like the behavior of the guy who greeted us at the reception. I speak English but my boyfriend doesn't and so as soon as he understood it he started talking very quickly. So politely I asked him to speak more slowly and he repeated what he said but then turned to his colleague and said something in his language laughing. Breakfast costs around 14 euros per person ... so we decided to have breakfast at McDonald's ... sorry
