Pros (+) Manager compensated me with a small discount for the cleaning issue. This was appreciated.
Cons (-) House keeping skipped my room for its cleaning. First told me there were too many check outs to get to my room. Manager told me in morning that I had the do not clean light on, so it was by past. This was a false statement because I confirmed the light was set to clean when I left and it was set to clean when I returned.
