Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to the sea, shops, and local attractions. Many guests also found the hotel to offer good value for money, especially for short or budget stays. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, small room sizes, and poor service, with some mentioning unhelpful or rude staff. While some rooms were described as modern and clean, others were found to be run down or inadequately maintained. Overall, the location and price were the main positives, but there is significant room for improvement in cleanliness, service, and room size.
