The room was clean and abs efficient. Absolutely recommend for even extended staying.
The outside of the facilities were trashed, dirty, unkempt. Really takes away from the efforts to have the room clean and the amenities. It felt like a crack house on the outside.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was old, in need of repairs: stains in bathroom, on walls, etc.
The staff. They were the ONLY saving grace.
The cleanliness. I was given a plunger to plunge the toilet after EVERY use because the toilet was broken. Had to wear shoes because the floors were so dirty they turned your feet black. The mirrors had lip prints on them..and I am out of space....
The people really good employees.
Staff was polite
Next door they were smoking cigarettes and pot. I asked to be changed to another room, which was smaller and had no trashcans ., the smoking filtered somehow from other rooms but it was less. It was not that clean. Lack of pots and utensils for cooking.
Staff was helpful and friendly
1. Cockroaches 2. Uncleanness 3. Lack of supplies for an extended stay (plates, silverware, pans) 4. Unpainted patches
Staff was kind and apologetic for issues.
Went to three rooms - various problems including black mold on air vent in two rooms, no smoke alarm, carpet needing vacuumed/replaced, worn bath tubs, TVs that didn’t work properly, etc.
I would not rate it more than a 2.
It haves a stove..
I was expecting for complete kitchen since we bought food to cook , but there were no cooking pan, cooking utensils , glass , spoon Etc. so disappointed.
Please stock the room with cooking utensils for people who wanted to cook
TV not working. It was dirty on the outside and inside, smelled of smoke. The breakfast was non existent. Out of coffee and only vanilla creamer.
