They are asking the same price as always even though almost all the hotel cavities are closed. Spa and fitness supposedly open, but only if you reserve and only for one person at a time. Of course when I wanted to go to relax there in the evening but it was already fully booked. I understand the situation, but what I don’t get at all is if you ask kindly for an upgrade because of that they simply refuse, even though the hotel is almost empty. That’s the LEAST thing they could’ve done. On top of that they were complaining that my car was standing too long in front of the hotel which was empty anyways and said if I don’t move it I would have to pay. Never seen a hotel charge you for standing at the main entrance. This is NOT five star treatment of a guest. Won’t come back that’s for sure. And on top of that, this whole mask thing, I dropped my mask a little so I could speak when I checked in and immediately the receptionist ordered me to put it back up and then asked me later to repeat what I said because she couldn’t understand me. Ridiculous, even more so that she wore a mask and we were separated by a plastic glass wall. This impolite behaviour reminds me of when I went to east Germany just after the wall dropped. This crisis is no excuse to treat clients that way. Sad.
Cost. Too expensive
The bar is great and they have pastry luke pizza was very tasty Location 10
Shower a bit small
The spa was terrible and they did not even have the sauna or steam room on. Very bad.
This hotels is just fantastic. We stayed in this superb hotel in the end of November and cannot wait to come back. We loved its classic luxurious style, the most modern technology in the room, the very cosy living room where you can just sit down, relax, play chess. The bed is very comfortable and the TV built in the mirror in the bathroom is quite impressive. If you want to experience a really enjoyable weekend, book a room here! Ramon and Mirka
