Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the train station and city center, as well as the spaciousness and comfort of some rooms and beds. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, including mold, dust, and poorly maintained carpets. Service is often described as lacking, with minimal staff presence and self-check-in systems that some found impersonal or unhelpful. While some guests enjoyed the historical building and quiet atmosphere, others were disappointed by maintenance problems, missing amenities, and cold rooms. Overall, the hotel is considered a good option for short stays due to its convenience, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
