Clean
Location is not very good, in between ugly houses, it is about 20 mins walking from the center. Room is rather mediocre, really no character. Luckily I was there only for 1 night. It is not cheap. I paid the same amount for a 100m2 apartment with sea view in Cala Gonone.

Super clean, modern room with fantastic view over the mountains. The owners made me feel very welcome indeed. The breakfast comprised local produce which was tasty and plentiful. Ideal position for exploring the surrounding countryside, rock climbing, walking etc. plus easy driving distance from idyllic beauty spots and beaches such as Cala Gonone and the Gulf of Orosei. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room had a great view of the mountains, the place was really clean and the breakfast eas a bit better than a regular one in Sardine.
The owners do not speak English at all, however we managed to get along using sign language. There was no fridge in the room.

The view was really beautiful. We stayed at the top floor. The breakfast was very good.
It was difficult to communicate with the hosts, because they don't speak English. It smelled a little funny at the hotel.

Great view
There was no water this morning. Not hot or cold. No shower, not even able to wash face. Probably not their fault but really annoying start to a long day.
