The safe in the room needed a battery which was not changed despite calling the service twice to replace

The service was truly excellent and the staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming and keen to assist with any requests.
I wish the regular blue taxis were available from the hotel. Having to use hotel limos all the time when going out from the hotel is expensive. This seems to be a general issue with all hotels in Doha (contrast with Dubai, where everyhotel has normal taxis available).
