9.2 Excellent
Pros: The quiet privacy and the charming owner who could not have done more to make my stay enjoyable. Breakfast was wonderful. The grounds gave a feeling of space. For me it was the most perfect place for 5 nights in the heart of Dijon.
Cons: I was in a dormer room with a 2 flight walk up so my window was quite small. Madame kindly carried my suitcase up the stairs on arrival which made the walk up less daunting.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had a very comfortable stay here and a delicious breakfast. The facilities were excellent. We would definitely come back again the next time we visit Dijon, a fine city.
Cons: all was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous hostess!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This house is so beautiful and in heart of Dijon. You can walk everywhere. Our host Marie-Ellen looked after us so well. We loved it and highly recommend it!
Cons: Maybe a small fridge in room might be nice to keep wine or food from market. Not a big deal but might be something to add?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a little gem. You enter a courtyard through a gate. The hotel is externally built in the old French style, like a manor house, and inside it has been renovated. Very tasteful and furnished with antiques. We were warmly welcomed and we could communicate in English. There is also an indoor pool where you can refresh yourself. Very clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious. There were croissants, bread, fruit and you could order eggs. We had the feeling to be a guest of a French family. The location was perfect, you can walk to the center in 10 minutes. In 2 minutes you come to a small square with many restaurants, where you could have a great dinner.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable accommodation accessed via a private courtyard in central Dijon. The cities, shops, restaurants and sites within walking distance. It’s less a hotel more a large property for guests to go and come. Very nice breakfast provided other than that the only staff we met was the owner who showed us our room and left us to it
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Large spacious suite. Well appointed, Very comfortable. You need a couple of days to take full advantage of the space.
Cons: Swimming pool a little underwhelming but considering the age of the property it would be difficult to have anything bigger.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A lovely place that did meet expectations. The lady running the place is a very charming madame.
Cons: Everything perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Near to city centre, free parking on site behind a securely locked gate. Beautiful decor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Immaculate accommodation and facilities. room very contemporary with lovely fittings and ambience, modernised, good walk-in shower, very quiet, great location within walking distance of all we wanted to do and see. the hostess was on her own but very helpful. top notch accommodation and facilities, beautifully furnished lounge area (although not used) with gorgeous antiques. the breakfast was lovely, ample and beautifully served and the hostess very gracious. very quiet surrounds for a restful experience. no street noise whatsoever.
Cons: our room was on the third floor, noted as 'attic' by other reviewers. don't take this room if you have large and/or heavy luggage as we did as very difficult to manage unless you are young and very fit. we are retired and that was disastrous for us. that meant 4 sets of stairs to an attic room with large suitcases. I had asked for a walk-in shower and a lift but I overlooked the owner's reply that there were stairs. the room was lovely as shown in photos and immaculate but was barely able to be cooled by ducted air conditioning when we arrived because of the heat wave. we would not have survived carrying the suitcases up and down the steps without help from the hostess who noticed how appalled we were at the stairs with our luggage. luckily a storm cooled off the room that night with our windows opened at bedtime. we then enjoyed our stay thoroughly but were worried about descending those stairs with the luggage, again helped graciously by the hostess, who saw our predicament. we were grateful to her for her help.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely beautiful hotel located across the Palais des Ducs in the heart of Dijon. Perfectly acclimatized rooms with very confortable beds. Lots of information for your visit to Dijon present. Coffee in the room was delicious. Ideal for a short citytrip.
Cons: During our stay we had some severe tropical storms after a period of heavy sun that flooded the sewer system. Despite intervention, the odor in the corridor to the rooms was troublesome. The rooms itself were luckily spared of this discomfort.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This was a wonderful experience in a boutique hotel in a superb location right on the Place de la Liberation. In the middle of the old town - walking distance to everything worth seeing. Excellent walk in shower, separate toilet. Lift if you are exhausted. Tea and coffee making - Nespresso capsules replenished daily at no charge. Free mineral water. Highly recommend this place to anyone - would absolutely stay again. Breakfast in the restaurant if you want to eat in. Staff were quite helpful with special my special requests.
Cons: WiFi could be stronger. English language TV station would be wonderful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. Very spacious room, confortable bed, very clean, felt like new.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful room with a great bathroom.
Cons: Everything was great
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was superb and location excellent.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great suite which was unexpected! Food and drink at the restaurant below were great too, and the staff very helpful and friendly! Beautiful spot overlooking Liberty Sqare!
Cons: Liked everything about it- excellent value for money
5.8 Okay
Pros: It's location
Cons: No dedicated front of house staff for check in/ check out / assistance - they use their wait staff for this. So the experience depends on who you get - some good but mostly poor ( their level of English made it difficult to get assistance like pre-booking a taxi ). So you have to wait until they get a wait staff who can speak English, and this can be frustrating during busy meal times. They charged my credit card for my stay the day before I checked out ( without my knowledge ) and took my payment again on checkout. My refund still unresolved 2 weeks after this error. With housekeeping, teas bags and shampoo / bath gel mini-bottles were not replenished although rooms were cleaned daily. Would not stay again, ever.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is excellent.
Cons: There were a few minor housekeeping issues. There is no proper reception as such. Contact is made through the restaurant which can be a little difficult when the restaurant is busy and the person in charge of bookings is unavailable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: My family had 3 rooms in this small hotel. All of them were beautifully appointed. If you can, stay in the suite, it is rather lovely - a fab roll top bath in the bedroom!
Cons: Check in is at the bar, in their restaurant. A little weird!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is situated behind a restaurant in a beautiful square. The room was immaculate and of unusual design. The bathroom and shower are fantastic.
Hôtel Oceania Le Jura Dijon - Dijon - Building
3
8.9 Excellent (1,315 reviews)
Overview Reviews
"The hotel is now open after 1 year of renovation. Come and see a completely transformed Spa hotel, now with 4-star The Oceania Le Jura**** Dijon hotel is set to be awarded its 4th star following the extensive works that are currently transforming this characterful hotel, located just 150m from the TGV train station in Dijon city centre, into a genuine modern designer cocoon. It has been a welcome stopover for travellers since 1857, situated right beside the citys 2 new tram lines (10 mins from the Palais des Congrs convention centre).
7.5 Good
Pros: In some ways a relatively basic hotel, but really friendly reception staff and very little to fault. Clean and comfortable, air conditioned, nice shower area, good room set up. It has a quality coffee machine in the room, room service, good wifi, a pool and a small gym to boot. We had a room with a view on the courtyard. Nice courtyard with lots of plants and seats. There is also a bar/seating area inside. Breakfast was fine, not too elaborate. It’s in a central location and has a private car park.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were great, the staff was very friendly, it was in a great location and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The sauna smelled a bit weird but it may just be the cleaners they use here. The parking is very very tight (we drove a full sized car and had difficulty parking)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The environment of the hotel and location was great
Cons: The separation of Bathrooms
7.9 Good
Pros: The swimming pool was good for a quick dip at the end of a long day travelling. Hotel was clean and modern. Easy to find and walking distance to the center. Would recommend Dijon for a stopover - lots to see.
Cons: The hotel underground parking has a height restriction of 1.9 meters. There is no where locally in a car park (we checked all nearby car parks) that will take a car with a roof box (all have height limits). We had to park on the street near the hotel. There were a lot of homeless people in the area as the municipal park is nearby and the car (with contents) didn't feel safe at night. We probably should have stayed at a hotel further out with its own ground level secure parking.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly, the breakfast very good value. Location in between train station and city centre is perfect. The room was very comfortable and bathroom had a bench to put things.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All good. Lovely location and facilities.
Cons: Or was all good.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, decoration. The backyard/garden is beautiful and very relaxing. Nice pool and spa area. breakfast until 12:00 pm noon is superb. 2 members of staff stood out: Nawar and Pierre Nicolas were extremely welcoming, attentive, friendly and assisting in every sense. Other staff members (no need to name them) should take their exemplary behavior as a goal!
Cons: Surprisingly, no fridge in the rooms (although there is enough space. Although in-bath complimentary toiletries were of high quality (i.e. “Rituals”), there was no shampoo in the shower (neither hair nor body). Instead, they put a wall fixed bottle of “hand wash”, which makes no sense. No restaurant/dining options in the hotel (other than breakfast).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: near the centre of town
5.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly at reception.
Cons: Not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great pool
Cons: toilet is right next to the bed in a small cubicle with no washbasin so not very private. Also shower not obscured very well so not great for some people
Hôtel des Ducs - Dijon - Bedroom

8.8 Excellent (2,446 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hôtel des Ducs, you'll be centrally located in Dijon, within a 10-minute drive of Zenith Dijon and La Toison d'Or Shopping Center. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and multilingual staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was right in the middle of the town. Nearly decorated and very clean. Really loved it. We only stayed there for one night, but would be happy to stay for longer next time and would recommend it to anyone.
Cons: Please note they have several different apartments from what I can tell. There is no where to park directly near the apartment we were in, but there is a cheap and secure covered car park about 5 mins walk away. We parked outside the hotel and walked a few minutes to the apartment with our luggage and then parked the car. The apartment also had quite narrow winding stairs.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Small but clean bathroom with good shower.
Cons: Very slow internet.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Close to everything that you need
Cons: Clean, spacious and helpful staff
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Perfect , helpful staff
7.1 Good
Pros: I liked the location of the property and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was really quite good I wasn’t expecting that.
Cons: There was not enough space for us in the car park, the bed was really uncomfortable and I could hear everything in the hallway from other guests. The breakfast was good but far too overpriced in my opinion.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location with balcony to sit out on. Very good breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so helpful and friendly. The apartment was large and very clean with air conditioning. The hotel was only a few steps from the centre of Dijon and the restaurant recommendations were so helpful. The hotel car park, which we booked in advance, made things very easy. The sweets on the reception desk were also a treat!
Cons: There were only two minor points; there was no lock on the bathroom door and the sofa only sat 3 people which was a slight problem as we were four adults. But we would definitely stay at the hotel again.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff excellent and facilities very good
7.9 Good
Pros: location could not be better , close to dukes palace/museum breakfast ok, self as in most places now
Cons: hotel not easy to reach by car public parking quite far
7.9 Good
Pros: Loved the large window that opened letting in fresh air and moonlight sky.
Cons: Cramped bathroom
Overview Reviews
The Grand Hôtel La Cloche, MGallery By Sofitel is located in downtown Dijon. Come and discover its 83 rooms and 5 suites, its gourmet restaurant Les Jardins by La Cloche and its sophisticated and modern Bar by La Cloche. Relax in the luxurious Spa by La C loche nestled under old stone vaulted ceilings and featuring Carita products and Vinésime cosmetics straight from Burgundy. The hotel was renovated in 2016 and is now one of Burgundy's most majestic locations.
7.9 Good
Cons: Literally no drawer space and virtually no shelf space for clothes. We had to live out of our suitcase for 3 days.
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely room with really comfortable bed and decent (if small) bathroom. Breakfast was excellent as it should be for over €20! Staff professional and friendly as you would expect at this level of hotel. Parking underground was convenient.
Cons: The AC was much too cold - thermostat not working. Room was modest in size and very expensive for a provincial town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and elegant
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well located and excellent facilities
Cons: N/A
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and quiet even though the hotel is located right by Place Darcy. Extra comfortable bed and very friendly/helpful staff.
Cons: Overall, it did not feel or seem like a 5 star hotel. There wasn't that extra eye for attention, detail or finition. I asked to change rooms as the one that was first given to me had no view, basic layout and constraint space. The second one had a view on Place Darcy and was a bit closer to what one would expect from a 5-star. Still no good value for money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decor. Beautiful gardens, customer service was outstanding. Great size rooms with beautiful Decor
Cons: Nothing it was all great
7.9 Good
Pros: For the most part, staff were very attentive and helpful, let down by only one supercilious young man at check-in, who will hopefully grow out of his inappropriate attitude in due course. The room we occupied was large by modern standards, well appointed, attractive, and very comfortable. Noise from the street was non-existent thanks to efficient sound-proofing provided by triple-glazed windows. Comfortable bar, reasonable restaurant.
Cons: Although this is a quality hotel that lives up to its five stars, the prices still seem higher than can be justified.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet room, very comfortable. Beautiful historic building with modern sleek interior. parking in back garage.
Cons: signage or directions to garage.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The building is nice.
Cons: Restaurant is a drama. Cold food, after complaining headed in microwave. Breakfast also poor. No 5 star at all. Bad coffee and a boiler that does not work to boil your eggs yourself?! No porter to help with stroller up the first 8 stairs to hotel reception Car park old full of spiders and very dark and dirty. Bathroom no water out of shower due to no maintenance. Mold in shower on walls Not a 5 star hotel anymore.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: The bathroom.
Overview Reviews
Dijon has beautiful vineyards, a rich cultural heritage, and now its first Design HotelsTM member, Vertigo Hotel, just a stone's throw from Darcy Square. Impressive in scale and charmingly Parisian in style—due to the Haussmann-esque façade and the hotel’s selection of fine wine—Vertigo Hotel ticks all the right French boxes. With a clear black-and-white color scheme, Vertigo's 42 rooms are full of little surprises, such as suspended beds, a mirrored media entertainment system, photograph-bedecked ceilings, and numerous welcome gifts, including a drink on arrival. The 42 rooms and suites at Vertigo Hotel range from 18 to 50 square meters, and all feature a signature Vertigo bed, an interactive 101-centimeter mirror TV, a Mac Mini, and an Italian shower.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cool with the bed in the air , black and white fashion design ..cool vertigo lift with messages :) super sympa and smiling helpfull woman at the breakfast
Cons: A bit old to take like a CB credit when check in , a bit expensive , you might have to clean and rearrange the fridge and goodies on it .
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I've been here a number of times before. I enjoy the quirky designer-chic of the rooms and the 'vertigo lift'. Great location too.
Cons: The provided coffee capsule was faulty so I couldn't have my morning coffee in the room. When I mentioned this at check out I asked if I could get an espresso at the bar. I was told no. I know it's nothing personal and probably has to do with technical issues such as separate till accounts etc. Still it felt a bit cheap. Oh and the parking garage still looks like out of war torn 1980s Beirut. Plus I scrape the underside of my car because of some of its incline angles.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Kinda design hotel
Cons: Room was minuscule and layout was not thought through: bathroom tiny and not practical, no space around the bed. Bar is fun but barman was not very knowledgeable in terms of cocktail. Not very friendly staff
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good situation, close to the center city. Available free bikes. very nice staff.
Cons: Nice room but a little narrow
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice refurbished hotel with a theme
Cons: Parking facility is not too practical. No idea if you find a parking place. Difficult to get your luggage from the car in the room Practically the parking lot is in a different building Room was a little too small
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms were small,
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I've been here numerous times. Very much enjoy the 'design hotel' vibe. Convenient location for strolls through the city.
Cons: The parking garage feels like it's out of a war zone. Plus I scrape the bottom of my car because some of the ramps are very tight.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great central location, funky design of rooms
Cons: The facade of the building is illuminated in strong colors which lights up room even after shutting the curtains. Access to camber is cumbersome
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice breakfast, the bar is very special, there is room to chill and to work, parking next to the hotel, this is very easy and the service was also good.
Cons: The swimming pool was a bit small.

Pros: good breakfast
Cons: slightly isolated
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were comfortable, modern, and very clean. The hotel is in a convenient location for road trips, near the highway, and check-in was extremely easy. There are a couple of restaurants open late nearby, and there was secure gated parking for our car.
Cons: The hotel is pretty far from the city center, and not the most inspiring location. It's great if you need somewhere easy and comfortable to stay on a road trip, but I wouldn't recommend it as a destination.
7.1 Good
Pros: Secure car park
Cons: Curtains were not fully black out and I woke up early in a morning. No mini fridge. Too expensive for what it is.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Overnight stay en route north. Hotel was as expected, suitable location. Secure parking was a bonus.
Cons: Single bed was a bit too narrow.
7.5 Good
Pros: It is a relatively new hotel and is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and pleasant seating areas. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Although quite a way from the centre of Dijon there is a regular tram service into the centre which was excellent.
Cons: There wasn't much to not like apart from the wi-fi was a bit unreliable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Secure parking, easy to find, clean, modern , friendly staff and nice restaurants opposite
Cons: Towels could have been fluffier !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: overall helpfulness of staff and facilities
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast quality was good, just over the road from the tram-stop and this got you into town nice and easy.
Cons: I'm not a fan of branded hotels, but this was fine. Breakfast room was noisy and got a bit cramped. Outdoor area was a little unkept.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Staff was very helpful helping me correct a booking issue without charging me. The restaurant was delicious and wonderful wine menu! The weather was hot late August and the cool air conditioned room was perfect! A very beautiful and quiet space, romantic!
7.5 Good
Pros: Very relaxing and great food.
Cons: No soap in room as their order had not been delivered but thy cold hav gone and bought some at a supermarket. Had to wait a long time for the receptionist when checking out.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Restaurant was ok
Cons: The hotel has been renovated quite well but some of the rooms didn’t . Bad luck in my side because for the same price as the renovated one (240€/night) we had a room that was renovated probably 20 years ago . So honestly , I didn’t find charm entering this room that look and smell old . The 1980’s bathroom as well is not at the level you could expect. So as a result I did complain to the owner that sympathetize and agree with me that it’s not fantastic :) , to be fair with him he offered us free breakfast but even though I feel abuse as for such a room in that area I would be willing to pay no more than 120€. So book there if you have the new room otherwise go elsewhere it can only be better .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The decor of the recently renovated room. The food served in the restaurant is excellent.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good food preparation facilities in room for anyone staying for a few days.
Cons: At a cost of €9, the breakfast was quite ordinary. To add a couple of coffee sachets / tea bags and mini milk pots would have been a nice touch, otherwise the excellent cooking facilities were of little use for 1 night's stay.
7.5 Good
Pros: Fruits variety is very limited. No dry fruits or nuts available in breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived , tired, and a bit grumpy following a 12 hour drive which had started at 06.00 hours! Everything exceeded my expectations. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly. We slept like logs, awoke refreshed and ready for next 500k journey. In fact, have booked for our return trip.
Cons: Would have liked a kettle in the kitchen, had to boil a saucepan for tea, but that wasn't really a problem. Also, would like breakfast to include some gluten-free items, other than fruit or yogurts.

Pros: Location
Cons: It was perfect for our overnight stay
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist was very helpful. We asked to leave the car after check out time so we could look round the town and there was no problem. We were able to use the hotel’s facilities before driving off. We enjoyed the little garden.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel in excellent position for exploring the city , we could not get hotel parking as full but as weekend found very reasonably priced and safe parking in same street as hotel Our room was well equipped with small “ in cupboard “ kitchen , including fridge , bed comfortable, fan for the hot night worked well and a delightful view over the very quiet and large garden, which had plenty of loungers and chairs Our room was a superior one , some may not overlook garden and street ? But the road the hotel is on is quiet anyway The breakfast is basic compared to most we have had, , more the older fashioned French we used to get, it consisted of Yoghurt, bread, Pain au chocolate ,croissant, jams and cheese , quite enough for us but perhaps not for some , eg no juice, cereal and fruit We would definitely return when in Dijon as the hotel is well run, comfortable and position excellent
Cons: Perhaps juice, cereal and fruit at breakfast would be welcome , otherwise nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great bathroom and kitchen facilities, very helpful staff!
Cons: Bed mattress could use an upgrade, was a bit stiff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Close walking distance to Dijon old town, quiet location, clean, comfortable, spacious room mini kitchenette a bonus
Cons: On street metered parking adjacent to hotel, although cheap tariff
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location and the staff were just lovely.
Cons: Nothing of note but the breakfast was a bit limited for the price which was the only criticism of a great place. I would go back!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly located for visiting the old town. There is secure underground parking on site and a lovely garden. The room was standard hotel size but with a clever kitchen within a cupboard - even a dishwasher and coffee machine! Good modern bathroom and comfy bed. Aircon.
Cons: There was some noise from neighbouring room, but not loud enough to bother us.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location only a few minutes walk into the centre. Very convenient. Very friendly and helpful gentleman at the front desk.
Cons: I admit it was an unusually hot time but it was difficult without air conditioning!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location Really welcoming, friendly and helpful staff Simple, clean and relatively spacious apartment Garden space was decidedly pleasant and usable space for evening meals Will be recommending to friends and relatives
Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: The decor in the shared spaces and the backyard bar-b-que gave the hotel a feeling of comfort. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a great boulangerie 2 doors up.
Cons: The initial difficulty of getting in and out of the building as there is no one on reception between 12 and 2pm and access is only through access code. A few more instructions about access when booking would have been helpful.
Les Sarguenotes - Dijon - Bathroom
11
8.6 Excellent (131 reviews)
7.1 Good
Pros: Good continental breakfast with attentive hosts. Our bedroom was clean and tidy, the double bed was comfortable. The view was great, the setting was very nice, the pool area was pleasant (except for the chemical imbalance).
Cons: We booked here because of the warm weather and it had a nice looking swimmimg pool, and was near Gevrey Chambertin. However when we arrived we were told there was a problem with the pool, it was green. So we could not use it. The owner was shock treating the pool after we arrived. Also, the WiFi did not work in the bedroom. I was told it worked in the breakfast room upstairs, which was correct. There was a WiFi range extender with strong signal in the bedroom, but it did not give internet connection.

Pros: Pretty gardens. Good breakfast. Charming hosts

5.8 Okay

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet location perfect for us and our dog
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host and hostess (Madame Christianne and Missour Dominique) were exceptionally welcoming. They met us at the door and though they spoke no English they were very patient with our limited French and use of Google Translate! The rooms were all very quaintly personalized by Christianne and the terrace outside quiet and peaceful. The property is on the GR, so as hikers we were very happy! The shared kitchen was perfect (it has a hot plate, microwave and small fridge) and made meals easy. Chamboeuf has little in the way of food but 12 minutes away Gevrey-Chambertin has restaurants and groceries and an ATM. Note that the property accepts cash and no cards so come prepared.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Friendliness Location Good.coffee in the morninig
Cons: Rooms very dated Everything in need of restauration No airco/ no wifi No possibility to buy something to drink Swimming pool not clean
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our hosts were very generous and helpful, make a huge effort to clear the snow so we were able to drive safely. Very comfortable accommodation and nice breakfast with home made food.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfasts were fantastic
Cons: Door to the bedroom did not shut easily and door to the bathroom did not lock
7.1 Good
Pros: The outdoor space immediately outside the room was lovely, if but the view was scuppered by the trees. The car parking was okay, and well off the road. There was an unexpected communal kitchen area complete with fridge, hob and sink as well as crockery and cutlery. All the guests of the evening ended up in the kitchen at the same time, which was slightly unfortunate but it was nice to be able to cook something as opposed to go out. It was lovely cooking some pasta and sitting out on the terrace, although it was a little cool even in mid august, but there were blankets in the room which we were able to wrap around us when the sun went down.
Cons: The decor of the rooms was very dated and in need of refurbishment. Glad we had google translate as there was no English speaking hosts, although perhaps we should speak better french when in France, although, when we did ask questions in french, there was no offer of a map or anything of such. Payment was in CASH only, which meant we had to find a cash machine, so a good drive out from the B&B, and we had to ask for a receipt to provide a means of confirmation that we had actually paid.

7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was great, lots of choice and really good value for money. Children under 10 were free which I also thought was great. Very friendly staff and a perfect location to discover Dijon.
Cons: The room was a tad on the dark side. A lighter choice of colour on walls and ceiling would make a huge difference. The communal areas e.g. stairs/landing areas could do with a freshen/brighten up as they were tired looking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly, very centrally located, comfortable bed and parking directly outside but meted free from 7 pm Friday evening through to Monday morning.

Pros: Breakfast was really good, cold meats, yogurts, cakes, toast and plenty cheeses. Hot drinks and juices unlimited. Room was excellent. Beds were really comfortable. We had a room for 4 and there was plenty of room over e floors. Shower was clean and bright. The room must have been recently refurbished as it was like new, just like the rest of the hotel. Bar and reception was 24 hours. Plenty of food places to eat out from the hotel. American burger bars etc at least 5 or 6 different places. Glad we booked and will return as the price was so reasonable.
Cons: There was nothing not to like.

Pros: Disappointed with your renovation. You cut costs which will cost you a star. Why keeping hair dryer of 1980.? On top they are not working!! I don’t know the ratio of business vs pleasure, the trouble even your pleasure guests carry either à I-phone/I-pad and/or computer and now my question: where are the plugs facilities!! And you need more specific instructions regarding access to garage

Pros: Stylish , great shower!
Cons: Bed creaked a bit
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel nicely renovated. Modern, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is of high quality and enjoyable from tea to cake and croissant but especially the jam and yoghurt. A special mention for the scrambled eggs which were really scrambled and not packed in a reconstituted omelet. The staff is impeccably amenable and service minded.
Cons: Some noise perceptible from the customers on the room above

Cons: Perfect location
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very kind, thoughtful staff! Lovely bathroom with fluffy, big towels & slippers & bathrobes (strangely, some didn’t have belts ...). Nice bath products. Also great that offer valet parking. We were pleasantly surprised that the luggage had already been loaded into the car when we got back & were ready to leave. The water & little madeleines nice touch in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed here a few times and find it superb. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, excellent staff. The hotel is in the centre of Dijon and the restaurant is fabulous. Two Michelin Star William Frachot. We have been lucky enough to dine twice in the restaurant and it is beyond compare. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice.
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great and close to everything. Reception staff was friendly. Room is small but we were only there for one night. Bed was comfortable. The hotel restaurant looks great and have many good reviews. Unfortunately it was closed for summer holidays when we were there.
Cons: We were not aware the hotel closed the door after certain hour. We came back from dinner and the door was locked. There was a note to ring the bell or call a number to have door opened. We called 3 times and no answer. We called again after 10 minutes then someone finally came open the door. It wasn't a long time but was a bit unpleasant late at night..
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful. The large buffet breakfast with a variety of local foods was delicious!
7.3 Good
Pros: Excellent location and accommodating staff.
Cons: The only things I didn't like were that the room did not have a comfortable chair to read in, and the bathroom wasn't supplied with soap. I like to sit up while I am reading, and not at a desk chair. And I don't like to wash with shower gel.
7.7 Good
Cons: nothing to mention

Cons: Hotel sart renovation, restorant was closed
5.6 Okay
Pros: The helpfulness of the staff. The central location.
Cons: The first and more expensive suite we had was dark, no views very noisy if you opened the window due the air conditioner units operating. There were faults with curtains not well hung and not closing and the bathroom fittings were not all working. We did request a change of room and this was quickly done and the second and cheaper room was very good.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent restaurant.
Cons:
3.2 Mediocre
Pros: The location-it's in the center
Cons: I didn't ike, that I had to wait for the morning coffee for 10 minutes and the breakfast selection was poor. The room was a bit worn and it was difficult with a child to get upstairs as the elevator didn't go to the floor the room was located on. And also some of the reception ladies had a bit arrogant attitude.

Cons: no complaints
5.7 Okay
Pros: Great location right in the heart of town. Small but nice rooms with big windows and views.
Cons: First room was not clean and had drapes ripped off the wall. Was quickly given a second room but card key system for electricity wasn't explained so I didn't have power the first night. Great potential for this place but not very user friendly.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location and big room!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The studio was ideally located, right in the centre of Dijon, at a reasonable rate compared with neighbouring hotels, and really spacious. We enjoyed having a cosy little living room area in addition to the bed and kitchen with table. All was clean well furnished, comfortable.
Cons: There seemed to be a continuous noise (not loud, but persistent; perhaps the air con), that disturbed the otherwise very quiet night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here before. Central location and great value for money. More restful than a hotel. Ideal for more than 2
9.6 Excellent
Pros: the crew was very friendly. we had a large room and even though the Hotel is in the centre of Dijon, the room was still very quiet. the breakfast was good, everything was available. we thought about a negative rating for the Hotel, so that we would keep it as an Insider. But that would not be fair for the Hotel and the guys that run it.
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent, in the very center of Dijon. Public parking and restaurants are just a few steps away. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fairly good.
Cons: Can be pricy depending on the dates. There is a guest parking with 3-4 slots, but we have not been able to leave our car for longer than 15-20 minutes, although one of the slots was free overnight.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and excellent breakfast at additional but reasonable price
Cons: Could find no fault
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location and great space for families. Polite and friendly staff
Cons: There was an unpleasant odour on the lobby floor near the lifts
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was superb. It is centrally located in a wonderful walking area. The room was large and comfortable with a small kitchenette.
Cons: The hallways were warn and dirty. The hotel says that it has parking, but there are only three spaces. Everyone else needs to go to a public parking garage.

4.6 Okay
Pros: It was central and appeared to be a good hotel
Cons: Our room 223 a apartment studio it smelt of stale water and dirty. The living area was very dark with little light and the furnishings drab. The air conditioning was in this room and was not powerful enough to cool the bedroom that was on a mezzanine that was effectively a loft space. The bedroom was very dark with no ventilation. The room was stifling to the degree that my husband slept on the floor in the lounge. We thought we had booked a good hotel for £112 however the standard of the room was appalling. Most travel lodges in the uk would offer a better room for £35.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: a hotel in an ideal location for visiting the city
Cons: no problems
6.7 Good
Pros: Excellent care by staff at breakfast
Cons: Was travelling with my 80 yrs old mother and was expecting -as advertised- a lift. In the annex where our room was located, the living room with the sofa bed was on the ground floor but the real bedroom and bathroon only on the first floor with very steep staircase. We should have been told in advance about this
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here in March and had a wonderful time at this really unique facility. We had 7 adults in 2 rooms, with a nice amount of space for everyone. They had really great setups with kitchenettes in rooms. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We even enjoyed the Turkish bath and spa facilities. The location was convenient, just off the shopping district, within walking distance from everything in Dijon we wanted to see. We really wished we had had more time, but what was experienced left us wanted to come back.
Cons: No complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very attractive hotel that provides large rooms with a well-supplied kitchen area. Large bathroom.
Cons: Parking is only available off-site (St Anne's). It's not expensive and there is a drop-off area at the hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Lady on reception in the morning was very helpful and understanding with a query about the bill. Amazing building close to old centre.
Cons: We stayed here on our outward journey and had an amazing room with a mezzanine level for the kids to sleep on, so was disappointed when after a very long journey we arrived and the member of staff only spoke to us in french (despite seeing my passport) and our room was completely different to our last stay and wasn't made up - we had to make the pull out beds ourself and find the bedding in the wardrobe at 10pm. However it is still a lovely building and the breakfast was OK, although expensive for what it costs.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Situated in the center of the city.
Cons: The room was dirty, (especially the bathroom and the bathroom floor), the furnishings were old and there were no curtains or any type of divider for the shower, but they *oh so kindly* put a red MOP near the shower so that we could clean up every time we took a shower and the kitchen sink was clogged. We were supposed to spend two nights there (I went on a girl trip with my besties) - we stayed one, because it was late when we arrived, we were tired after a long day of work + trip and because we payed 300 euros for two nights, no breakfast included, just the room. The next day (in the morning) we left and I told the receptionist all of this, gave him the key and he felt bad (at least that) and then proposed to change our room. I was a bit sorry, but we have already booked another hotel since we weren’t even interested in another room there. It was a shame, really, because I’m sure they have other nice rooms, but our so called Standard Comfort Room was everything but comfortable and sorry to say this but I don’t go on holidays to mop the bathroom floor after each shower in a 4 star hotel. Thank you, next.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet room but close to all city attractions
Cons: Minor detail but Shower door needed fixing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location space in apartment cleanliness
Cons: No mirrors in the bedrooms
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming location in an former monastery. Studio flat very clean and well designed with a small kitchen well outfitted, with air conditioning and with confortable bed in duplex. The receptionists are very professional and nice
Cons: Only temporary parking places in order to allow you to bring your luggage. But if you are here for a night, you can park in the street for free from 7pm to 8am (but not many places). We left our car in the public garage on the next street and paid only 7.80 euro from 18pm to 17pm the day after

Pros: Very happy to have organic eggs and other organic/gluten free products at breakfast as well as fresh orange juice ! We will choose this hotel again as a stop over thanks to that
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved it all. Brilliant place, great location and reasonable price
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything, good breakfast, excellent location, dog friendly
Cons: Public car park not easy to find at night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location .
Cons: Parking underground was dark and tight.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: poo in the toilet when we arrived
4.6 Okay
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Excellent catering staff. They worked very hard . Location unbeatable for walking in to town. Car park underground opposite hotel, cost 10euro a day, but worth the expense for the convenience . Complimentary tea coffee and petit croissants in the the lobby. Brilliant idea.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable , too soft with springs poking through. The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The duvet was not wide enough for the bed and the duvet hung out of it’s cover. I had to remake the bed. The shower was dirty and the steps in to the shower are very dangerous. Beware they get very slippery. Reception staff distant , not one smile nor one Bonjour, from anyone .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel in central location. Parking close by (if you have a roofbox >1.9m on car you will need to find on street parking). Friendly staff and a good breakfast is provided.
Cons: Perhaps just a slightly later opening bar would be good. But there are plenty closer by if you want a later drink but somewhere not too lively.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Quiet but central, location. Generally comfortable, cool, room with normal type bathroom fittings despite being very newly furnished. Good quality sheets and towels. Excellent breakfast for €10.
Cons: The fire escape stairs were obstructed by a surplus bed !
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel has some great features; the location is in the center of Dijon so it is close to walk to everything. The breakfast was delicious and had many options including eggs, meats, cheeses, etc. There is a dinner restaurant and a bar which is nice. The rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size for a multi day stay. The bathrooms are nice and the showers are full size. The rooms have windows which is a nice feature. The room was quiet and the A/C worked well.
Cons: The only thing about the room which was disappointing were the beds. They are more like cots, and are very uncomfortable and hard. They are very light so they slide around on the tile floor. We tried to push them together but this was a continual challenge. They don't include a sheet, they just put a heavy comforter on the bed which was way too hot for the warm weather.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very central location. Fabulous breakfast choice
Cons: Bathroom was a little bit tired
