Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's riverfront location and scenic views, which were considered the highlight of their stay. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness, describing rooms and bathrooms as dirty or poorly maintained. Service issues were also frequently mentioned, including unhelpful staff, problems with room access, and lack of amenities. Several guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing outdated facilities and a lack of basic comforts. Overall, while the location was a major positive, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and value.

Cons (-) Poor customer service. Did not provide the service we requested and paid for. We paid for a roll away bed and they did not have one at first, but then said they did but it took over an hour late at night to get it. Very disappointing.

Pros (+) I liked the location (river front). Staff very friendly.
Cons (-) I did not like the fact that shower water temp was warm (at best). I had to wait for it to get to a temp that I could basically spray myself off. I am not sure what it would take to fix, but if it wasn’t for that, I would have given a much better review. I will not be staying here again just for that reason alone.

Pros (+) The views and proximity to the water
Cons (-) Restaurant was closed for the entire stay, room was not ready at time stated, and cable channels were fuzzy. My stay was ok other than these things.

Pros (+) Neat historical building, nice view and location on the riverwalk.
Cons (-) Staff was a little quiet, tried answering when asked but almost had to draw things out of them. Felt like I was imposing a little bit.
