Pros: Cleaning lady was very nice and friendly. Knew that we have 2 children, and offered us extra bottled water and towels throughout our stay. Beach view was fantastic and we could also see the plaza musical fountain at the lift area from our floor very clearly. The kids were thrilled!
Pros: Great location staff was excellent
Pros: Breakfast, Bed, Gym, Location, Customer Service, The view
Cons: I heard the hotel was opened in 2017, however the furniture already looks used. The windows weren't clean, if you want to go to the swimming pool you need a cap for your hair, otherwise you are not allowed to swim. We were two visitors, unfortunately you are only allowed to lend one swimming cap per room, so we were not able to swim together - although they had many swimming caps left. We had to pay a deposit for the room which was almost twice the price for our stay without communicating in advance. The breakfast is great however it is sometimes a pain if every few seconds a waiter checks your table if he/she can remove some plates and dishes from your table. You feel so hurried as they would let you know to eat fast and leave.
Pros: Great location at the beach. Room was spacious with a magnificent view. Many restaurants along the promenade and close by. Hotel facilities are top and breakfast selection was very well.
Cons: everything was great.
Pros: Good location, good view
Cons: Staff was not helpful at all.
Pros: The staff is very friendly!Rooms are cool, the view was super. Breakfast was amazing! Swimming pool is great
Pros: Very nice Hotel! Spectacular view to the Bay Bridge
Cons: Hotel Bar Viva, the bar is spectacular and the view from the top is really top but the cocktails are too expensive and not very tasty.

Pros: Very nice and spacious room, lovely to have a separate shower and bath too. Bed was absolutely huge and very very comfy. Overall the hotel is very clean and well maintained. We didn't get to try the food but it looked really good. The desk staff spoke good English which was a relief.
Pros: Breakfast is good. Good variety. The room is comfortable and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons: Conrad Dalian hôtel didn’t accept me to pay the deposit with my Chinese bank card, they requested for a Visa one. Ok done. The last day, they cancelled my deposit and asked me to pay the total..with the same card. Ok done. They said that I will be refund immediately (like it used to be in all hotel, at least all international brand), but then, two days later I ve learned that it will takes 10 open working days to be refunded. That is just unacceptable. Because we are not talking about small amount. So Conrad hotel, I m very disappointed. You should have told me this on the first day.

Pros: Location is perfect for the International Conference Centre and near the harbour but a bit away from the rest of the city. a beautiful and well maintained hotel, very clean with excellent facilities, good food and a nice caffe.
Cons: Hard to get away from cigarette smoke smell even on a non-smoking floor because other floors allow smoking. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful - particularly front desk and room cleaning - but too many in the restaurant and bar have English that is not even at functional level for their work. Maybe if the target clientele is Chinese, this is not a problem.
Cons: The room smelled like there was a chain smoker’s party last night. There were red stains on the sofa. The shower so full of lime the shower itself was a torture. The breakfast room was totally overcrowded, there were no plates or glasses available. We had to eat in the dark windowless bar area. Almost all breakfast items were either out or of poor quality. The room phone didn’t work as the instructions said so I had to go downstairs to the reception to order in-room-dining. There were no snacks in the minibar. This hotel clearly fails to meet western standards.
Pros: Generally good and obliging staff - Hilton standards.
Cons: - Sink wasn’t cleaned properly - And although the food amount and quality was fine - the size and finished product changed with each shift.
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. The service REALLY excellent. They catered to every need quickly and politely. Highly recommended. Everything was fresh and warm, or chilled as should be expected.
Pros: We are from India and knew only English. The staff however were very friendly and went out of their way to help with taxis etc.
Cons: Our caution deposit could have been returned on time as promised. Since we do not understand Mandarin, it was difficult to understand the procedure. If they had given a hand-out/pamphlet to let us know what is to be done, we would have saved time. Also the bathroom door lock needs changing. It got stuck and we had to call the reception to get it repaired.
Pros: everything you'd expect from a Hilton, well executed and at a high standard. perfect for business travel
Cons: staff's English skills are not up to spec and room service food quality isn't great. The spa is deserted and lacks some attention to detail, but treatments of good quality.
Pros: Excellent room size. Very nice breakfast. Lots of choices in breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. Great location with nearby shopping centre. Highly recommended

Pros: The location
Cons: The master bedroom bath had a horrible smell.
Pros: The comfy ness of the apartment and the facilities
Pros: Good location, lovely clean apartment and good facilities. Staff were great and room request for high floor organised.
Cons: Upgrade from studio to 3 bed apartment, it was huge for someone travelling on their own. Bar, Restaurant and facilities close at 9:00pm/9:30pm. It would be good if they were open a little later.
Pros: Everything in this hotel is nice. Breakfast and room are all perfect. Staffs are also kind.
Pros: The location and facilities were great.

Pros: Really enjoyed the lounge club facilities and the late check out that we had with this option. I think this was worth the extra cost. Great views from the executive floor and a really lovely room. The breakfast was very good too.
Cons: Pity the sauna was not working
Pros: Location, Value for the money. Big room
Cons: Need to improve cleanness. Shower head needs to be fixed or replace it.
Pros: Room space and all the hardware as well as the services
Cons: Because of the outbreak of the 19-nCovirus, there was fewer guests. The buffet breakfast became very simple by ordering. Fully understood. Everything else is superb and beyond my expectation.
Pros: Comfortable and warm bedroom, gym and pool and staff always helpful.
Cons: Everything was great! Just one more english channel if possible.
Pros: Front staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and spacious! Good location just in front of the metro station. The view from the room was also amazing! Although I lost my scarf in somewhere at that hotel, they found it and put it in our room with lovely letter!! Thank you so much!! We’ll definitely come back!
Pros: Location, price
Cons: Heating system does not work properly Breakfast too Chinese

Pros: This is an exemplary property with management and staff that really does go out of their way to help guests have a good experience. Upon check-in, we were approached by the manager Frank who offered us his card just to welcome us and let us know he was there if we needed anything. The front desk staff spoke perfect English. When we checked out, another manager also approached us to see if everything was ok--this is a level of service that is unusual at hotels. They do not only cater to business travelers but to tourists like us who came to enjoy what Dalian has to offer--which is a lot. This is a really scenic city that we would have liked to spend more time exploring! The breakfast was amazing--one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever seen, with an extensive array of tasty foods including two types of congee (millet and rice), fresh hot soya milk, soba, several rows of prepared dishes, dim sum, tea egg, literally dozens of different condiments and pickles, as well as fruit and lighter things including baked goods and fresh vegetable juice. The service was also good with the staff kindly alerting us when the buffet would be closing at 10:30 but not at all making us feeling rushed. Impressive.
Pros: Very friendly and professional staff. Overall good English language capabilities. Flexibility on check-out time was very helpful.
Cons: Can't think of anything!!H
Pros: I arrived to an extremely friendly and kind staff. I was in the process of getting a new visa so my check in was a bit complicated. That said, they were extremely kind and accommodating and I checked in without a problem. I was so incredibly grateful as I needed a relaxing weekend off and they were more than willing to help.
Pros: Very spacious room with a good bed. Very nice and modern bathroom. Everything is in great conditions. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of options. Especially the noodles were excellent
Cons: Nothing that would come to my mind
Pros: This is a really lovely hotel. The hotel and rooms are to a very high standard. Great service from the staff too.
Cons: Nothing, I wish I could have stayed longer.
Pros: Amazing hotel, lovely room and facilities, superb service from staff.
Cons: Nothing, all good.
Pros: The gym was good and the staff at the gym was very friendly and helping. Building itself is nice and for example the main lobby is like in every good fancy hotel.
Cons: Staying at the hotel was a full of small disappointments one after one. There was a strong unpleasant smell in our room during our stay. We tried to change our room when we arrived late in the evening. After four calls to reception we gave up to go to sleep and switch the"do not disturb button". In the morning we woke up when the room service was knocking the door until we did gave up and opened the door. After that we went to residence club to see if there is something to eat while we are awake. The staff at the residence club said that sorry, breakfast ended 5 minutes ago so there is nothing available - not like even a toast or banana. When the the laundry forget to wash part of the clothes sent to laundry etc. Not one major mistake but a long list of small disappointments leading to the frustration.
Pros: Great location and extraordinary facilities.
Cons: the staff from reception desk should be well trained to treat client with a welcome attitude.
Pros: From the moment we checked in, we felt welcome. The desk staff were all friendly and spoke great English. One of the managers approached us during check-in just to say hello and to give us his card in case we needed anything. When we checked out, the service was similarly friendly with a different manager coming over to see if everything was ok. Really amazing service.
Breakfast was incredible! One of the best hotel breakfasts we had with an extensive array of tasty things.
Location is central.
Large, updated, comfortable rooms with fabulous bidet toilet!!
Pros: Very pretty hotel. Comfortable room. Good location. Good breakfast buffet. I needed to rent a small conference room for a two hour meeting on the 22nd floor. The manager there was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Front desk manager on check out was very pleasant.
Cons: Front desk check in was unfriendly and impersonal. No hospitality (not even a smile) and no bell man offered to assist with luggage. They have a China "Five Star" rating which would be less using international standards. The door to our room would not open all the way... it got stuck hitting the floor. This should have been fixed....there is no way they could not have known about it. Hotel signage (where facilities are located could / should) be improved. Not bad, but will probably look for another hotel next time in Dalian.
Pros: Did not have my reservation when I arrived. No more rooms as I reserved but gave me an upgrade after prolonged discussion.
Swish-Hotel Dalian is centrally located in Dalian, a 4-minute walk from LaoDong Park and a 4-minute drive from Zhongshan Square. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. This hotel has 6 meeting rooms available for events. A shuttle from the hotel to the airport is complimentary (available 24 hours).
Pros: It’s conveniently located, and next to a major shopping centre in Dalian!
Cons: The check in and check out area is inconveniently located at the 8th floor :(
Pros: The location was great being very central in Dalian. Not in the new hotel district but right in the middle of Zhongshan. Good value but not amazing facilities.
Cons: Facilities are a bit dated and need to be modernized.
Pros: The staff was very nice, very helpful eventough I do not speak Chinese they did their best to accommodate my wishes. Great value for money.
Cons: The pool was closed, something to do with the water temperature. And my reservation could not be found, but I only made it an hour in advance, so that is partially my fault.
Pros: Very good location, nice , quite and clean hotel
Cons: Gym is little smaller than others
Pros: The breakfast was delicious so many options. The hotel is well located near a metro station and a park. I had an amazing view from the 29th floor over the park also the city lights are magical at night.
Cons: The sport facility i.e. the staff was a little bit serious though I understand the language barrier was an issue they could have been a little bit more friendly. Saying that the swimming pool (indoor) was wonderful and well kept. Eating at the restaurant at night i.e. a la carte was a little bit expensive and did not match the standard of the breakfast buffet. The buffet at night was quite dear I thought so did not choose that option. On a positive note there are so many places to eat nearby.
Pros: Nice staff, comfortable beds
Cons: The hotel bar is a working girl bar.
Pros: Great location, close to the centre of the city and a list of shopping centers.

Cons: The room was too hot and there was no air-condition.
Pros: the location is good.
Cons: it is quite old.
Pros: Near metro and within walking distance of major hub, good selection of international tv channels
Cons: Room was real hot , thermostat on wall was not able to control non stop heat . Breakfast is very chinese it’s not bad but caters to its people
Pros: Amazing staff!

Pros: The staff in the reception team are very helpful, especially Loura (张月) who helped us with our bookings and changes. Well done to the restaurant to have such wonderful staff.
