Staff were great, location was great.
The windows could've been clean to enable the beautiful beach views which were marred by the scuffs. Not many staff were available near the pools and bar area. Sauna isn't always on.

Hotel forget to arrange pickedup at Airport upon our arrival, though prearrangement had been made and confirmed with Hotel. Nonetheless, Hotel staff took initiave to compensate us with free transport during our departure to Airport during checkout from hotel.
