Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and city center. Some reviewers highlighted friendly and helpful staff, with a few noting exceptional service. However, many guests reported issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and unpleasant odors, as well as problems with room size and outdated facilities. Complaints about breakfast quality and availability were also common, and some experienced poor customer service or communication difficulties. Overall, while the location and occasional good service were appreciated, cleanliness and facility maintenance need improvement.
