Very historic. Excellent decor. Rooms beautiful. Staff excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Food amazing. Guy playing the harp during breakfast and Alpaca in court yard was incredible.
No decent English Tea for us British visitors. Get some Yorkshire Tea bags guys
Everyone was very friendly & accommodating!
Staff , location and how beautiful this hotel was. Our concierge helped us to dine in the most amazing restaurants. They helped us to manage our time and get the most out of the city. We felt really pampered and attended to. Breakfasts were just the best. All you wanted and more. And looking out at the court yard and see baby Alpeca name Cantù was my morning delight. She was there with the local vendors selling beautiful Local merchandise. Loved it ♥️
The room was a bit too small for a 5 star hotel, but I guess that’s what you get for a historic/museum/ convent.
Nothing much, just o k
Good location and friendly staff
Breakfast was not tasty. Plain eggs and cakes.
