Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and good breakfast options. However, many reviews mention significant cleanliness and maintenance issues, such as old or dirty rooms, worn-out furniture, and problems with air conditioning and carpets. While some guests found their stays comfortable and appreciated the value for money, others were disappointed by the outdated facilities and discrepancies between photos and reality. Overall, the positives are the convenient location, attentive service, and enjoyable breakfast, but improvements in cleanliness and upkeep are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
