Good breakfast, room in the Annex a short walk from main hotel. This was communicated well on the site and at reception when booking in. Taken to the room by a member of staff.
Nothing really - possibly the price being in the Annex during September and not in Ski Season.

The Front desk staff were absolutely amazing, they were so accomodating, and helpful. The staff made up for the dated room and fixtures.
