The location was appreciated for its convenience and beautiful views, while the amenities, especially the spa and wellness facilities, received frequent compliments. Many reviews highlighted the friendly and accommodating staff, making stays memorable. Some minor suggestions included a desire for in-room tea-making facilities or softer pillows, but these did not detract from overwhelmingly positive experiences.
