When requested a different room with a more decent view, received the same response of having no other room in the same category and requested higher price for a different room. Pros (+) The hotel is very nice inside, the staff was friendly and relatively quick to serve you. The hotel was located right in the center of the city, so far everything is a short walk. The hotel appeared clean, it was beautifully decorated with fall decor when we stood there. The rooms themselves were clean with no odors or anything like that. Overall the hotel was a good experience.
Cons (-) The hotel rooms were nice but they were a bit small. Our room faced a brick wall so there was no view, nada. When we got to the hotel at 4pm they told us that the room wasn't ready, which was annoying. Aside from that our experience at the hotel was pleasurable.

Pros (+) Staff was wonderful, everybody spoke perfect English and were very helpful! Breakfast was worth the price. Would highly recommend it for location and staff!
Cons (-) Rooms were a little smaller than we expected.
