Pros (+) Astrid was very helpful when we needed to get to a hospital. That kind of thing really means a lot when you are unwell in a foreign country.

Pros (+) Everything was amazing, furnishings, staff, views. Room was on the small side but very cozy.
Cons (-) Our room was on the street side right next to a major bus stop so there was quite a bit of nose most of the night.
