Breakfast routine. Other hotels we have stayed in in Copenhagen more selections and less expensive. There is a open air market five minutes from hotel eat there.
Expensive for what you get and the location. Area mixed. Unless you have a corner room have to keep curtain closed for privacy. Wood flooring in the room needs cleaning.
Great location for sights and trains. Staff very pleasant. Good wifi connection. Enjoyed happy hour.
Lack of drawers, but as we were there for two nights and then one we didn't empty suitcases.
Excellent hotel and location
Hotel is under 5 minute walk from Norreport Metro and you can see if from the station! It's 13 minutes or so from the airport, very easy. A safe part of town it's clean, and in walking distance of a number of nice restaurants, cafes and places of interest such as the botanical gardens. You can walk to all the major tourist spots or take the metro. It's a nice quiet area. As for the hotel itself, the staff were welcoming, it was clean and tidy, modern, trendy and eco friendly. We ordered a large room with twin beds as I was staying with a friend. Room size was perfect but you need to ensure you book large or extra large if there are two of you and you are coming from the UK as European rooms are often quite small. You get what you pay for though as the rooms are good value. There are no wardrobes which we didn't mind as it's designed for the city break traveller in mind who doesn't have lots of luggage to unpack. Beds were extremely comfortable I slept 10 hours a night! Bathroom is a wet room which I really liked. The rooms are relatively basic and eco friendly but more than adequate. Would really recommend this hotel!
Hard to say what I didn't like it was all great. Would have benefited from tea and coffee making facilities in the room but that's a bit of a luxury so don't expect it. Apparently they are in the process of installing this facility in rooms which is lovely to know
Excellent services with a most polite staff. Askin
Location in the Artists district and in a very quiet neighborhood .
The showers are weird. Even by European standards. One flat floor in the bathroom with a drain for the shower water in the middle...don't go in with your socks on after a shower has been had...poor design in my opinion.
the room is small, no comfortable chair to sit on, no soap and shampoo in the shower (I was sure that those will be supplied and did not bring with me!).
The location, very near the city center.
Although comfortable and nice, the rooms are small.
It was convenient, the staff very friendly and welcoming, comfortable beds and great breakfast
I think the rooms could do with updating and the heating in the room wasn't very good
good located. nice staff. nice breakfast buffet. large room
bad cleaning. curtain and hole in the floor instead of shower cabin. no fan.
It's a nice hotel with the typical Copenhagen small rooms. The place is clean and fairly central and quiet, somewhat on the expensive side to what you're getting.
There seems to be aproblem with the WiFi system. I could not connect nor could my colleague. I had the same problem last year.
Location: 2 blocks from 5A bus stop, Klimt & Caribbean cafe, Saturday Israelplads flea market, Botanical gardens, Miniatures store, Chinese store, Ice cream store, and half block from fresh food market & homemade samosas. Block party was the best time.
Didn't get wake-up calls for 2 days, then problem got fixed with a new phone.
Friendly staff, good and quiet location.
The room was dusty, internet access never worked properly.
very small room. I asked for a non smoking room but I recieved a very smelly room ... slept for 5 nights with my window wide open ...
the breakfast was very good, but the room was too small, even the bathroom was very little. When taking a shower, the whole floor get wet, go no access to the toilet or your feet were wet ... The first day their wireless internet did not work, the days after it did luckely work.
Excellent Italian restaurant associated with the hotel. Reception staff very good
A thick coating of dust on the upper portion of the window drapes in my room.(458)
Comfortable, quiet, clean place to stay for a relatively good price.
