Lovely staff, very good room, loved the happy hour each evening with a free drink. also provided umbrellas to use which came in handy with the rain. Would definitely go again!

Because of COVID-19 the Danish border was closed. I tried to reschedule but Hotel Kong Arthur staff basically told us that they were not willing to do anything, I should just contact my insurance company. Which is unbelievable, considering that the Danish government has supported companies to keep them alive. So, in my mind has the hotel stolen my money, since I prepaid over 130.000 ISK!! Thieves, that´s what I call them! I´m furious.

The location of this hotel is great and the staff were so nice and very helpful. We watched a person complain to a staff member and he handled himself so well and seemed like he was very helpful as well as sympathetic to this gentleman's petty issue
Room was very small for my daughter and me, somewhat due to us having so much stuff!
