Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting beautiful lake views and proximity to local attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The pool is another standout feature, appreciated for its cleanliness and maintenance. While parking and breakfast receive mixed feedback, with some noting limited spaces and a lack of variety, these do not overshadow the positive experiences reported by most guests.

Difficult to get taxis to come to hotel. Very hot to walk in heels (for an event) and about 15-20 mins from the closest ferry stop. Breakfast was ok but coffee could have been better. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked well! Small fridge and small television in room. Had lift/elevator.
