Terrible. Felt very uncomfortable.
Only one staff member was friendly. The rest came off as rude. Smelt like cigarettes and BO. Luckily the room smell wasn't as bad as the rest of the place. The towels are terrible (thin and rough). There was a stain on a blanket. Hairs on a towel, in the bed, and on the chair. The chair was falling apart. The sink barely drained. The fridge wasn't cold enough and I couldn't find a way to adjust it. There were multiple door handles that were almost completely broken. Lastly, check out was 11am and we ask if we could check out a little later and they said yes. However the staff still came knocking on the door right at 11am saying "its check out time". So I had to awkwardly get dressed and then go into the hall to tell him they said we could check out at 12. He rolled his eyes, shock his head, and walked away. Very uncomfortable to say the least. Will NEVER stay again and i suggest no one does until they clean up. NOTHING like the pictures. Pictures look clean and tidy, but that is not the case.
Average comfort. They had a nice indoor pool, exercise equipment, facility. Continental breakfast was good
Parking, room layout very convoluted, and confusing. NO EXTRA PILLOWS available according to staff. Called desk 5 times, got no answer, just wanted wi-fi password. It was on room card envelope, was not told this at check-in.
Price and location make it a good value.
Needs to be updated
Possibly worst hotel I ever stayed at.
Building looks and feeks like it is to be torn down any day. Everything in disrepair. Police presence. Very noisy late night guests and drunks. And I was there on a Tuesday. Do not stay here.
How is this a 3 star hotel??? It’s not even worth one star.
Close to the interstate.
Parking lot was weird. Arrows on sign pointing to lobby were pointed the wrong direction. Front desk clerk was dismissive. The hallway smelled like old food grease and the room was dirty. Not 3 stars by any means. I wouldn’t even give it one star. Breakfast was a joke. The staff was unable to speak English.
No smoking in the rooms
I found bugs on the tub The beds smell funny Breakfast only have cereal and waffles.. no fruit or eggs
The pool was awesome
The breakfast was horrible they had mini donuts and waffles that tasted badly the beds were not comfortable and the ac in the room didn't work
Close to everything we needed,
Noisy ai conditioner.
The staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful.
Hardware in the rooms wasn't child friendly. Within the first 30 minutes my 2 year old had split his head on one of the drawer pulls on the dresser. There seems to be a small insect problem. And, the only ice machine in the building was nonfunctional. There were also no elevators, and the pools weren't open.
We liked everything here, from the checkin clerk, the checkout clerk, the breakfast, the room, the location, the cleanliness - everything, and the value was great!
Terrible. what else do I need to say. Ants in the bathroom and my truck broken in to and not help from the hotel
