Pros:Fun to be close to all the Eaton shops and restaurants.
Cons:Front desk was very short-“here’s your room key, you can use either elevator.” Signs everywhere for covid cleaning, everything closed off for distancing, yet room was still filthy. Will never stay at this hotel again, there’s no excuse for that lack of care.
Pros:Great location. Lots of shopping across the street.
Cons:No hot water or it took forever to get hot.
Pros:The bathroom was very nice and so was the bed!! Room service also!
Cons:Too high of a charge for gratuity for just My Husband and I. The room itself was small and pretty basic for the price.
Pros:Location to dining and shopping, Convenient parking, sports bar inside hotel.
Cons:Room temperature was too warm. Thermostat seemed to not work.
Pros:Att Easton Town Center, quite possibly the best, most complete shopping area ever. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The Hilton is a 4 star hotel with full service in the right spot.
Pros:Excellent location we could walk everywhere in Easton. Wonderful staff
Cons:Slightly dated, they allow dogs and we happened to be 2 doors down from one that barked every time someone walked in the hallway, also they seem to have a lot of large groups that stay in the hotel. On one evening our hallway was filled with about 40 tweens from around 8pm until 1am. It wasn't until around 11pm management decided to step in which they made several trips but wasn't until around 1am it completely stopped and in the morning the kids rans through the hallways switching the do not disturb signs around to other doors and we watched them go outside in the parking lot to play frisby letting the disk hit the guests cars, no one said a word. Staying 3 nights housekeeping never once stepped foot in our room and we had to stop them each day for fresh towels. At check in we took a king room with a sofa bed but if I had to do it again I definitely wouldn't sugest using the sofa for a bed. It was terribly uncomfortable and felt like all springs plus there were no fresh linens, only the bag we found shoved in a closet that we later found mouse poop on. We let management know but they claim even though we paid full price for the rooms since we booked on kayak there was nothing they could do & offered us a free breakfast.
Pros:The facility was somewhat dated, and not a very good value compared to other hotels in the area which I've stayed before. Front staff desk was good
Cons:Facilities were somewhat dated rooms were average and the food at breakfast was only fair service at the dining room. Based on my experiences in the area and will not return to this hotel.
