Location.
If you want a hotel where you can sleep, make sure there is no event at their rooftop. Otherwise, they will say to you that they are fully booked, they can’t do anything, and you will have a terrible night. This is the worst and most expensive hotel I ever stayed. Cologne is famous for their welcoming people, always ready to help you, but this hotel is the opposite.

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, train station, patios and the beautiful cathedral.
Maybe no wedding on Saturday night.

Central location, pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast included. Room very clean and comfortable. Loved hearing the cathedral bells each hour.
There was no air conditioning and we could not close windows due to heat, so it could be a little noisy at times.

hotel personnel was extremely nice and helpful, and found us a quieter room.
not best hotel for people that require quiet place for sleep. it's in the city centre and there are many bars around the hotel and the crowd can be noisy.
