Place must have been great when we first landed on the moon, but hasn’t been updated since then. But the staff was friendly helpful and hard working.
The staff were all very courteous and helpful.
The place has great potential but it has not been updated at all. I was disappointed because it was not what I expected from the pictures online. Breakfast was not included as I was lead to believe and it wasn’t worth the money.
Older resort in definite need of repairs and upgrades.
Fire Pits, Corn Hole, Restaurants on site
Rooms were dated and unclean. Small pillows and beds. Door would not close without slamming. No working ice or vending machines. Staff peeping through window at 9:00am (check-out is 11:00) This is a low cost hotel for those with one goal in mind, party hard and pass out wherever you can find a spot. Comfort and cleanliness are not part of the equation.
It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was heated and had a poolside bar with a dj that had everyone having fun
Rooms were very clean. Could use some updating and repair but overall wasn’t a bad place to stay. Not a fabulous place but not a roach coach either. I would go back and stay again. Staff was great! Food was great, atmosphere was more of a party, fun area. But we, as three women had a great time.
Room wasn’t ready when we checked in by 4:30 but in season I expect this sometimes so we really didn’t have a problem with it. Staff made up for it with a room discount that we didn’t ask for. So this made up for the slight inconvenience.
run down ...door looked like someone tried to break in several times...TV reception poor.... no wash cloths in bathroom....smelled old....poor parking need room
Staff were friendly and helpful. Our tv wasn't working right. I called and someone came less then 5 minutes and fixed it. It has a very fun and relaxed vibe. We brought my 92 year old dad with us and at dinner the hostess (I wish I remembered her name) was great, helped us get him seated, spoke and joked with him and made sure he had everything he needed, refilled his coffee etc. Most servers igno...
The bar at Mambos, we noticed unless the customer was a young woman in a bikini getting served was almost impossible. Thankfully another bartender showed up and served people who were male or women over 25.Read more

Hard to get room service / parking very crowded
We had 2 rooms and the keys to one of the rooms did not work. We hat to be switched to other rooms twice. One of the times the rooms was already being used! The facilities are in very bad state. The food at the restaurant as bland. The floor of the rooms felt dirty. Very bad experience.
