Pros (+) Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) TV wasn't working properly and room smelled a little like cigarette smoke and it was suppose to be a non-smoking
Pros (+) Front desk personnel was professional and courtesy. Breakfast was the best I've seen in all my travels. Saturday breakfast staff was outstanding, but Sunday breakfast staff was different, they started late, food ran out, the kitchen personnel was not as attentive to our needs as on Saturday. They didn't fill coffee or water without being asked, but rather stood around talking to each other.
Cons (-) The sauna wasn't working, no workout room, room toilet flush slowly.

Cons (-) They did not have my room booked and did were not very helpful in getting another room.. We did not stay there!!! Kept getting put on hold... long enough that I hung up 3 times.
