Great and comfortable
Lever 13! Where we love the view as been show photos to my family and friends, they are very keen to staying there one day! Love the breakfast next morning with nice relax and enjoy!
Not really much but window and large mirror next to kitchen are seem like a bit dirty, that's all
After my last stay we wrote how disappointed we were in most areas of the stay but thankful we had a completely opposite experience! The executive room was what we have come to expect from our stays at the Crowne. Great views, minimal street or other occupancy noise! It truly enhances that holiday + relaxing feeling!
Nothing really because the room was so good we were ok with the hard to open or close En-suite door + streaky full length mirror + running out of tea bags + milk!
Its very basic.
Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was great, bed very comfortable and the pillow menu was excellent. The rain shower in the bathroom was bliss.Staff gave us a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite which was very nice.Views toward mountains were lovely.Location in the city centre is great ,enabling us to walk everywhere.Good parking(paid), cheaper than public parking.
We were near the top floor and could still hear traffic so would be wary of staying on a lower floor.Breakfast was included in our room rate but although it was a full buffet, I wasn't that impressed.Hot options looked soggy , as though they had been sitting for a long time.We ordered poached eggs, when we finally saw that we could, and they took 25 mins to come, after asking about them. There was no one else eating in the restaurant at the time.Coffee, which we ordered as we entered the restaurant (which was not very busy at all)seemed to take a long time, about 15 mins.Overall the staff were pleasant but they were not very attentive (had to reset our own table at the beginning and no used dishes were cleared away during the meal).Staff seemed to be busy but it was unclear what they were actually doing as there were hardly any people in the restaurant !
