Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location and generally friendly, helpful staff. However, many reviews mention that the hotel is in urgent need of renovation, with outdated furniture, cleanliness issues, and problems with amenities such as heating, hot water, and WiFi. Some guests also found the rooms to be small and the overall value for price to be lacking. Despite these drawbacks, the location and some positive service experiences stand out.
