Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and its value for money. However, many reviews mention significant issues with cleanliness, poor service, and uncomfortable beds. Problems such as lack of towels, infrequent room cleaning, and unhelpful staff are common complaints. While a few guests found the price reasonable and the location central, overall satisfaction is low due to the negative aspects.
