Upon arrival asked for lower floor had to pay for upgrade. No fridge or coffee pot. No spa and staff lied about it. Pool burnt eyes from chemicals could not use. No access to overlook. I would rate as 2-3 star hotel I would never stay again
There was blood on one of the beds when we got our room
The view of the lake was beautiful.
No coffee maker in room.
Everything but the above rooms were amazing view was great, staff is great
Read the fine print these are 400 dollars a night then you get 200 back after they approve that the room wasn't destroyed. This should be in big print right under the main price
It could’ve been more affordable for what we did in a overnight stay. I was there for a Wheel of Fortune audition and was in the same location, I was hoping it would’ve been cheaper for the amount of people that showed up.
