Friendly staff, nice breakfast, spacious kitchen and common area and affordable amount to book a room.
The smell of cigarette in 2nd floor hallway, and that foul odor when you enter the womens restroom 2nd floor. Why some men dont read the sign that its womens restroom. A guy is taking a shower in next shower cubicle.
My children didn't even touch the breakfast. Not much choice for adults too.
The room smelled bad as it was in the basement.
The place is quite clean and comfortable - fast wifi everywhere, comfortable beds, free breakfast, air hockey, kitchen, fridge, lockers (you need to have your own lock), TV, computers - many places where you can work or relax. And the location - 5 minutes from a bus stop, 10 minutes to the subway, about 5-10 minutes to Target, Walmart, Walgreens, Macdonalds, lots of different shops, restaurants, cafes around.
AC was very noisy and worked like that - 30 seconds work, 30 seconds off, and again and again. It was hard to fall asleep. I had to reconnect to wifi sometimes. There was no liquid soap in the bathroom.
The staff was reliable and didn’t create any issues against you when you had a complaint like hi hostel does. The staff goes above and beyond to satisfy guests.
The Asians and middle easterners were troublesome here and spreader rumors about guests that were alone which made breakfast annoying.
I liked the price of the room for a two day stay that's why I booked in the first place.
I just didn't like the crowd surrounded in and out of the building. I had a guy approach my daughter while we were checking in, and say I got coke.
