Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and satisfying breakfast. The complimentary shuttle service is appreciated, especially for events at Makuhari Messe, and many find the rooms comfortable and well-equipped. However, several guests note the hotel is far from the nearest station, which can be inconvenient, though the shuttle helps mitigate this issue. Some mention minor drawbacks such as thin walls or unclear amenities, but overall, the positive aspects outweigh the negatives, making it a popular choice for event attendees.
