Baan Siri Chiangrai

Great location, 5 mins walk to town, and night bazaar and bus station termimal 1 where you can get blue bus to white temple, and places like chiang mai. (termimal 2 is about 2km away from downtown) staff nice, wifi ok, overall very good place to stay. Like most places in Thailand, could do with a lick of paint. But looked the same as the photos.

Floor always seemed dirty, without wearing shoes in room...?

Clean, sheets and towels were fresh; The room itself spacious, bright and good; Balcony with a good view; Quiet place and you can hear birds singing in morning; Price and quality; 2 bottles of a free water every day; You can leave your luggage at the reception for free

Staff (one of them was rude and unpleasant); Location (I wouldn’t say it’s that bad, but anyway 12-15 mins walk to the shops, restaurants and market(no sidewalk)); From 23:00 to 00:00-01:00 every day it was a disturbing sound of the washing machine working; There is no water kettle in the room only downstairs; WiFi (in the evenings it was bad) The bed is hard and there is no duvet cover just two sheets; No lift;
