Rooms clean and modern with air con and power shower
Far from centre Seemed to be a hotel for business conferences more than for tourist travellers. Not much around the hotel, no restaurants or shops. Needed to get a taxi everywhere. Nothing walking distance.

The rooms where cleaned really well but god forbid you use the towels and get a single mark on them without them charging you a random price as a fine , 350 bat each for what resembled a tea towel held together by its last strands with a smudge of flip flop dust on it ... basically a the price of 4 nights accommodation in Chiangmai centre or my ransom ... it's laughable as the where bartering us at reception for our fine I was disgusted. Also we where the only westerners at this property which is absolutely fine apart from the fact that we where made to feel like outsiders. The waiter staff where very cold towards us, the food was not up to scratch at all, if you have dietary requirements avoid this resort not vegan vegetarian friendly
