The staff were all fantastic- lovely lady served us our fab breakfast the 2 days we ate there and the owner was very helpful in buying fans for our friends room who was arriving later than us. Location great for accessing Chester easily.
Bed was really hard so didn’t sleep too well. Is a listed building so is showing some signs of wear but this is part of its character too. Worse thing was the heat in the rooms but no- ones fault as was hottest July day on record. Did get a fan but didn’t help.
I liked the music also good breakfast.
It's was very central to town and easy to get to staff were very helpful.
I didn't realise when we booked it that it was above a pub.
Staff and management very friendly, location excellent, breakfasts really good, live music was an added bonus
Loud music until 2am, room was small, grotty and the tv didnt work, not worth the £100 paid to stay here.
