Pros: Great accommodation. Definitely a must-do. Felt like a king in a castle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This centuries old Norman Manor House has undergone a major modernisation over several years under the careful eye of the new and charming owners. Everyhing has been done in exceptionally good taste with an exquisite attention to detail. It's is comfortable living in old surroundings with all that could be wished for in a modern world. The extensive and mature garden is being planted on a theme of flora from the world's different continents; a plan that will flourish in years to come in the areas mild climate. The whole is within a few minutes drive from the centre of Cherbourg with it's wide choice of good restaurants. With a delicious breakfast included you cannot ask for anything more.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very welcoming.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quite superb in every way possible. Immaculate property. Decent WIFI. Bed and linen could have been new. Wonderful host who could not have done more to make my stay better. Perfect bathroom. And a breakfast to die for. Please don't tell too many people about this absolute gem of a property.
Cons: Nothing. Loved every moment of my stay and will definitely be back.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is an elegant old stone building located in a peaceful quiet setting among trees and a grassy field. The periphery of the property was lined with several other original stone buildings, including a barn. The property is about a 10 minute drive outside Cherbourg so a taxi or an Uber is needed if you don't have a car. The owner graciously offered to drive us back to town the next morning. Every detail was thought through. The whole property was in perfect condition and was beautifully decorated. The room was large. The bathroom was nearly as big as the bedroom and appeared to have been recently and tastefully remodeled. The stay included breakfast with fresh fruit, crepes, various beads, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, etc.
Cons: The hotel was perfect, but taxis and Ubers were a bit sparse in Cherbourg so it was a bit of a challenge getting to the hotel (we did not have a car on this trip).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Stunning manor house. Excellent hosts. Great room. Great breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and charming location a bit out of town. The host could not be more accommodating and their choice of decor and furniture is impeccable. Certainly a place we would stay in again.
Cons: Would have preferred to stay longer !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great place to stay, it is delightful. The hosts are lovely and their attention to detail was extremely pleasing. The beds were very comfortable, the bed linen understated and good quality. Small things, for example, the nighttime water carafes were lovely and very thoughtful. The bathroom fittings were excellent and the products provided were generous and nice to use. Everything in both the bedroom and the bathroom felt super clean. The Cotentin Peninsula is worth exploring, there are some gorgeous and places to visit and lots of history to discover. The Manoir is only a few minutes drive from the ferry but once there is a haven of peace and tranquility and makes an excellent base to tour the area.Breakfast was well worth a mention, again the attention to detail is pleasing. The food offered is all delicious with just the right amount of choice for us. I enjoyed the Handel playing in the background too. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and will choose the Cherbourg route next time we visit France so that we can.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully furnished property in a delightful location. Service and breakfast were excellent

Breakfasts were generous: coffee, juice, pastries, bread, cheese, organic eggs and home-made yogurt. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. This was our favorite hotel during our trip to France. Pros: This hotel was within easy reach of the ferry terminal, about half a mile away, so my mum and I could walk there and back with our suitcases. The staff were very welcoming and encouraged us to speak French which was lovely! Also they were able to practice their English with us! The paintings which decorated the rooms were fab and our female host said her dad was the artist, compliments to him! The continental breakfast of croissants, bread, fruit and coffee was tasty and set us up well for the day. On our last day, we were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel, which meant we were able to explore more easily before our evening ferry departure!
Cons: It would have been more convenient to be a little closer to town but there were plenty of restaurants and main shops about a half mile away.

Cons: Lots of noise through night from revellers coming out of nearby nightclubs /pubs. Despite 2x windows and shutters still had disturbed night. Probably worse due to stay being on a Saturday night. Not sure what hotel can do about this.

Pros: This was truly an exceptional stay. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and there was very secure parking for my motorbike at a nominal fee. The public areas and lift seemed at first glance a little aged and in need of a lick of paint. Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Please note that this 2 star hotel needn’t be judged by first looks or the fact it’s only 2 star... Close to the Cherbourg port, literally 3 or 4 mins drive.....close to restaurants and bars, clean and tidy, breakfast was a French one, baguette, cheese, ham, yogurts, croissant and coffee plus juices and nuts and fruit to choose from as well as cereals...lovely helpful staff, secure garage to use for £6 a night off road and enclosed with locked garage doors!!! Handy as we had a Vw transporter from camping!! Helpful knowledgeable staff to guide us to visit the area, citi de la mer was definitely a great option to visit the submarine, story of the titanic and a great aquarium!! £60 for all day was great value with restaurant and snack bar within the premises...plentiful hot water for a bath/shower and nice towels.
Cons: Nothing really, a bit dated but really did not affect our stay...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel close to the centre. Hotel owner couldn't have been more helpful or nice. Lovely spacious room with bath/sower ensuite. very clean and comfortable. Whilst there is some traffic noise in the day (we are in a city), at night it is quiet enough. You have to have the windows closed at night = but in the summer, have them open in the day with shutters down to keep the room cool, should be ok at night to have windows closed as it is an airy room with high ceilings. like a lot of hotels, this now has laminate floors - this means that you hear people clattering around in the room above. I prefer carpets as they help with sound insulation - but I know some people prefer laminate as it is easier to clean - swings and roundabouts. I was lucky that other guests seemed to go to bed at a reasonable hour, so was able to get a good night's sleep with the noise of their moving around stopping at a reasonable hour. Very considerate guests all round so people were not making a row and thoughtful of others. Saw some reviews complained of noise from people in the street making a racket - but this did not happen when i was there. The location is good and generally a quiet street near the church. All in all it was the perfect mini break. Hotel in excellent location for shops, harbour, restaurants. Staff excellent. Had been there before and would definitely use again.
Cons: Nothing. It is an old building and the floor boards very squeaky in parts - managed to avoid when late at night to avoid disturbing other guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for one night before our ferry departure. Grand little spot. 2mins walk from the quayside where there was a selection of restaurants. We had a family room right behind reception on the ground floor which was great. Comfortable, clean with all facilities and well presented. Plenty of space for our family of 5
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for overnight stay and the most helpful and accomodating person in charge of all our stops during a month in France. Spotlessly clean.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bed was extremely comfortable. Shutters completely blocked traffic noise so quiet once dark.
Cons: Hadn't realised there was no lift and as I wanted a bath my room on third floor. Stairs not steep. Bath good but as I have a mobility problem found I couldn't turn over to get out. Neither was a non slip mat provided so improvised with dry towel.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The manager was charming. The room was beautiful and the linen immaculate.
Cons: We were on the top floor up 70 steps which was OK for us with a small overnight bag, but would have been difficult with babies/pushchairs etc.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is having some work completed on the roof so initially I was not sure what to expect due to this, however we were greeted by a really nice gentleman who explained what was happening and gave us a map of the area to explore, we were placed on the top floor a family room which gave us everything we needed, the shower was spot on and the view across the city from the sky lights which we kept open overnight due to the heat was lovely, we had a continental breakfast which we were not charged for due to the inconvenience, we had a walk into the centre in the evening for a meal and it was quite lively with plenty of restaurants and bars, this was an overnight stop going back to the UK so gave us what we needed for the price.

Cons: The location was grim, not as suggested by the photo, it was difficult to find and the evening receptionist was grumpy.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good value BASIC accomodation
Cons: Not being able to get second pillows. Ibis @ St Lo were able to provide.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Price, facilities and location. The Ibis hotel restaurant next door was very convenient indeed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Well situated. Attentive staff Pleasent ambiance Close to ferry terminal
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean room , free secure parking , good showers and facilities.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is a big hotel. It has vending machines for the drinks and snacks. The room was clean. The WIFI was working well.
Cons: The location is far and invisible from the end of Bus #4 line. And the returning bus stop was invisible as well. I managed to get back to Auchen area and found a bus stop on the side street! I was lucky to rush to get on the bus on the rainy day. The hotel needs a billboard at the bus stop at least to find which way to travel to get there. McDonalds is next to the hotel and a large supermarket is behind but it does not sell water! Only wines and juices inside!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We usually stay at this hotel as it is very close to the ferry terminal in Cherbourg that Stena goes from. They are excellent to help you, and the rooms are more up to date for the ibis hotels which is nice, some are a little larger also. The restaurant here is excellent with good choices, we had half B&B and we enjoyed the the menu that was on offer. They have a lovely little area with a TV where we managed to watch the Ireland/ scotland world cup rugby game, so that was great, and although we were surrounded by wee children as they have stuff there for them in this area it was not a problem. The carpark is very secure and is very near the big supermarket.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean nice decor very comfortable. Good evening dinner. Accommodate dogs so great when travelling down to Spain. Would stay again.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better it was not celiac friendly They did get bread but it was not sealed so could have been stored incorrectly.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location for the night before ferry crossing; close to shops we wished to use; predictably reliable Ibis standard.
Cons: No real negatives.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was not far from the ferry and provided us with an easy first stop before driving through France. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room plus shower room was excellent - very clean and comfortable - and the dinner and breakfast good value. A good stopover as we were on the right side of the town to travel south.
Cons: We would have preferred a bath but this was not available and the shower was very good. If you wanted to explore Cherbourg this hotel would be too far out.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect - As usual Ibis high standard - A place where you have for your money's worth
Cons: Small bathroom
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice buffet breakfast, friendly staff.
Cons: We booked dinner in advance, which includes 2 courses of a specific menu to chose. From this menu, there were NO vegetarian options, which I think is not acceptable in 2019. I had to order a la carte which was much more expensive. Then, this meal was some raw vegetables with no seasoning (half an onion, half a cucumber, half a fennel, with some cooked lentils. thats it. 15 eur!?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: For a chain hotel, used as an overnight ferry stop, we were surprised how comfortable and quiet the room was. All was clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed and tea and coffee making items supplied. The bathroom was a pod, surprisingly spacious, with a good sized walk in shower which worked very well. We ate dinner in the restaurant which offered a range of food, and which we both enjoyed. Ideal stopover and we will definitely stay here again.
Cons: All very good.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We booked into this hotel for our last night in France before getting the ferry back to Ireland from Cherbourg. This is a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, lovely comfy bed, the only trouble was the distance from the centre of town, but as we were only going to stay one night this was not a problem. The hotel surpassed all my expectations and I would highly recommend to anyone who is just staying a night or two. Really excellent place. This is the best value hotel I have ever stayed in.
Cons: Too far from town centre is the only negative about this hotel, otherwise perfect. Could not fault anything else about this fantastic hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean room. Great breakfast
Cons: The room was too warm for me and the thermostat could not be changed. Bad sleep. Dinner and service was regular.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The room was clean and pleasant.
Cons: The restaurant was like an episode of Fawlty Towers. In the 20 minutes we waited to be given a menu we saw an a disagreement with a customer, one person delivered the wrong meal and decided to leave without ordering. We also stayed at the IBIS at Bilbao it is an exemplar!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is great! Great value!
Cons: Parking is hard to find. The bed was a bit hard.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very helpful staff, obviously recently redecorated room, comfortable bed. I appreciated the lighting effects but would rather have had the money spent on a better door!
Cons: A couple of long dark hairs prominently displayed in the bathroom, stupidly small basin with a shelf right above it so you can't really avoid getting toothpaste on the floor, and - worst of all - terrible windows and a big gap under the door. In terms of noise, it was like sleeping outdoors, and it must be chilly in the winter - or use a lot of energy unnecessarily.
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff friendly and welcoming
Cons: No lift, and no offer of assistance with bags.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to city center. Plenty on street parking outside and car parks nearby.
Cons: Could not Fault.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel was as expected, basic and clean. It was okay for a night while waiting to take the ferry back to the UK. Breakfast was good and the front desk person was helpful in getting us a taxi.
Cons: The hotel had a very narrow staircase and our room was on the second floor, so it was difficult to get our suitcases up the stairs. Other than breakfast, there were no services offered as expected. But, we felt overall the overnight stay in Cherbourg was wasted because but there wasn't a lot to do or see in that area of Cherbourg.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The lovely owner made sure we were comfortable in the room. The hotel is really near many restaurants. Breakfast is good, especially the coffee.
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff were very nice. Specifically the lady who was the responsable/manager. She told us where to find parking. And she borrowed us her phone charger for the night. The beds were comfortable. Room was clean, could do with modernisation but it was clean and comfortable so that was the most important. They had even set up a baby bed and changing table top for us in room so that was very nice of them. Location is great. right in city centre and less than 10 mins away that the ferry terminal. It was perfect for us for our overnight stay.
Cons: Parking Its on street parking and there isn't much on the hotel street. We had to go to park on another parking. It wasn't that far but we had a baby and small kids so parking on site would have been a bonus
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast & location
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Charming hotel, very helpful and nice staff that made the stay in Cherbourg very nice for us. For example, we got early breakfast in order to be able to have "petit déjeuner" before taking the ferry, beside other help.

Overview Reviews
Located in La Glacerie, B&B Hotel CHERBOURG is within a 10-minute drive of Chateau des Ravalet and Fun Box. Featured amenities include express check-in and a vending machine. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.5 Good
Pros: Room basic but had everything we needed...an extra chair would be nice. The bed was excellent, clean and comfy. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice.
Cons: Air conditioning would have been a benefit, also needs better ventilation in bathroom.
7.1 Good
Pros: close to amenities
Cons: very small room with no seating
6.3 Good
Pros: They opened up breakfast on Sunday day a little early so we could have breakfast and still get the boat. They also had gluten free options. The room was great for a family room as the 2 singles were on a mezzanine floor over the bathroom. Brilliant access to the ferry terminal.
Cons: This was a very budget hotel with the doors to the outside and check in with a machine and then using a code on some paper to access your room. However, the rate we were paying, we would have expected more. The signage was rubbish, it wasn't clear what floor of the building your room would be on. It's a shame cos hotels of the same group in other countries have been excellent.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: convenient, easy to find, good value.
Cons: room was a bit squashed, even though it was a family room. breakfast didn't open early enough to have it before we had to leave for the ferry port.
6.0 Good
Pros: Quadruple room was excellent layout
Cons: Quite small
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great family rooms with a large double and bathroom and then twin beds on a mezzanine. Comfortable bed, very clean, nice bathroom (didn’t try the shower) and dark once curtains closed.
Cons: Really noisy. Could hear everything in the next door room, anyone walking past door outside, any cars etc.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location despite being in a business estate was good as there was places to eat nearby. Room was spotlessly clean. Easy access to ferry. Check in and out was easy. Secure car park. Cot in the room was of good quality and our toddler slept well.
Cons: Top floor of mezzanine was very warm. Strange check in times meant I had to pay by card for my room on an automatic check in machine rather than pay cash at reception. Bathroom was a little cramped which would be a problem if you were tall.
6.7 Good
Pros: This is a very inexpensive and basic hotel for anyone wanting a clean room with no frills. A decent comfortable bed and a good shower is provided. Breakfast is about six euros if you want it and that offers a continental breakfast with yoghourt. Coffee machine and snack machine in foyer which accepts cards.
Cons: Confusing on arrival to not understand how to book into the hôtel as there are no human receptionists. A helpful cleaner showed us the booking in computer which issued a ticket and key code once the booking reference and payment was accepted. This was new for us and a French guest arriving just after us had the same issue. More information should be given clearly on the front door as anyone arriving late when cleaners have left for the day will be perplexed. We stayed for just one night and cancelled our remaining nights.
6.7 Good
Pros: Close to car park
Cons: Breakfast. We went for breakfast at 9.15 am and all that was available was bacon and bread so we had a refund.

Pros: They were able to keep my bike secure and under cover
Cons: The breakfast was the worst that I had on my whole trip

Pros: The staff member that greeted us was very pleasant and helpful. Location was great.
Cons: The exterior photos on Booking, com did not represent the actual hotel.
6.7 Good
Pros: Service, location
Cons: No elevator and carpets, drapes and upholstery need a good cleaning.
4.2 Okay
Pros: No door on bathroom. Very tired decoration. Thread bare carpets. Strong stale smoking odours. Poor basic breakfast. Staff missing at breakfast - smoking outside.
Cons: All of things in previous box
7.9 Good
Pros: Proximity to railway station and to harbours
Cons: Noise of traffic . In retrospect , we would have been happier in a rear room, overlooking the garden.
6.3 Good
Pros: Easy to park, friendly staff, close to centre, easy overnight stay for car ferry
Cons: The hotel needs a complete refurbishment from the threadbare stair carpets to the very dated and tired room décor. Clean enough but dusty in many areas of the room
7.1 Good
Pros: Location and price
Cons: The bed springs very tired!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice good size room with comfortable beds and large shower. Coffee and tea making facilities was a nice touch.
Cons: Rather noisy with road traffic so had to keep windows closed and with no air conditioning the room was rather hot.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was great with parking across the road. Room and facilities were great and very clean. All the staff were really helpful.
Cons: Very little, however it was a very hot night and without air conditioning we had the windows open. Our room overlooked the main port road combined with plenty of people coming back from bars/clubs made for a noisy night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was amazing- less than 10 min drive from the ferry port. We had a junior suite which was perfect for us and our 1 year old to be together but slightly separated. Tastefully decorated, lovely big bathroom.
Cons: No parking and we ended up circling the nearby car park for about 1/2 an hour trying to get a space. Tiny lift which is pretty impossible with a pushchair and a suitcase. Room was very warm and no air con, so we had to sleep with the window open so it was quite noisy from the street below.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location for centre was good as was the proximity to the ferry terminal. Rooms were very nice and spotlessly clean.
Cons: Lots of traffic noise during the night, rooms were very warm so you had to open the windows as there was no aircon.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Large, attractive, self-serve breakfast room with great selection of food and drinks, including fresh fruit, granola, yoghurts, cheeses, cold cuts and good coffee. Small bedroom but very comfortable bed, pillows and sheets.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location, only a short walk to the restaurants on the quay side. There was good and ample free parking outside the hotel. The room was very comfortable, and a good size, and the value of the stay was fantastic. Since we were planning to have lunch we did not have breakfast, however, there were tea and coffee available. Overall an enjoyable night.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant little hotel next to the marina and a great restaurant. Plenty of free parking and just a short walk from the town centre. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Love the new look bar area!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was ideally situated for a view across the marina and beyond to the harbour. The location offered a quiet environment save for the haunting but relaxing rattle of the yachts' masts in the wind. It was only a 10-15 min walk into town through a nice landscaped garden area to one side and the marina on the other. All of the staff at the hotel were excellent. They were all friendly and helpful, particularly the Young woman who worked the dining room at breakfast. All in all we were happy with our stay and would have no problem returning there should we visit Cherbourg again.
Cons: The only criticism we would make is that there were no meals served in the evening. After a tiring and long days travel, we were hoping to dine in the hotel on our first evening. Fortunately, there was a nice restaurant a few yard away.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location and lovely staff.
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is in an excellent position, within walking distance of the city centre, the marina and some restaurants. The Staff were polite and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. The breakfasts were very good with a good choice of food offered. We will definitely use this hotel again.
Cons: Nothing!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel in pretty area very convenient to ferry port. Good green space for exercising dog!
Cons: Thought 11 euro was steep for breakfast
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, exceptionally clean contemporarily decorated room - very comfortable bed - huge shower. Great location - near old town centre but very quiet even with the window open for ventilation. Good lighting and plentiful power sockets (including USB charging points). Friendly, welcoming staff. Plenty of car parking and restaurant next door.
Cons: Jammed open plug in wash basin somewhat wasteful of hot and cold water. WiFi didn't seem too secure - got dire warning on iPad so didn't use it!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Bed brilliant. So comfy.Staff very friendly. Right next to harbour which we love. Would stay there again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good price for its facilities. It certainly met my expectations. It has everything for its type of hotel. Certainly in Cherbourg it's a very good stay.
Cons: Nothing to say here.

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Residence La Rose Des Vents in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, you'll be a 2-minute walk from Holy Trinity Basilica and 7 minutes by foot from Thomas Henry Museum.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This was a stop over but it was very enjoyable. The apartment was spotless and had excellent communal areas for everyone to enjoy. Contact with the staff was good, any question was answered completely and fast. I would definitely recommend them.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing! So convenient. So clean! No carpet but that is part of why the unit was SO CLEAN & FRESH. The nearby Trinite Car Park is free after 7pm and it was free all weekend as we stayed over the Whit holiday. We liked the freedom of the key pad entry. Lots of restaurants nearby plus the Cherbourg Yacht Club that welcomes visitors. We loved the ringing of the Notre Dame Cathedral bells on Sunday morning. We had a lovely view of Cherbourg's inner harbour from all 3 windows in our apartment (we had 2 rooms & kitchenette).
Cons: There is no lift or hotel luggage staff so we had to carry our luggage & sundries like wine & nibbles up 3 floors (6 flights) of stairs! We are in our early 70's so that was a bit of a challenge, but also a reminder to redouble our walking & exercise efforts! Having our 19 year old daughter with us also helped! This is a SMALL grumble given the many other important positives about this hotel.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location worked well.
Cons: Very small for 4 of us. Expecially the shower. Just very cramped. For 2 it'd be OK though.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The building has 7 flights of stairs with no lift, it is not disabled friendly, don't know what would happen if their was a fire, didn't see any smoke alarms, escape route, as we were on the top floor, the apartment is not suited for 4 adults, two at the most. If you are booking find out what floor you are on first, wouldn't book again.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Convient location.
Cons: Didn't see any staff. The bed for the children was a pull out bed, which was fine, but there was a table and chair in the way. We had to move it in front of the door to unfold the bed. The bathroom was awful. Very tiny, just like a bathroom you have on a ferry! Quite ridiculous. Was not convinced the pillows for the pull out bed were clean.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Check in was obviously easy. Room was clean and functional.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The response from the staff on my questions was prompt and very kind
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is superb , near the centre and with parking right outside. There is a great bar down the road but the road isn't noisy. Regular clean laundry - towels etc and the place is spotless. The central heating system is brilliant in the bedroom but didn't work in the kitchen. The kitchen extractor fan didn't work nor did the toilet extractor fan.
Cons: The apartment is very small and the kitchen tiny. Two of us struggled to fit in it and 4 would have been impossible. The cooking facilities The central heating system is brilliant in the bedroom but didn't work in the kitchen. The kitchen extractor fan didn't work nor did the toilet extractor fan. s are basic [ stove top and microwave] - no oven. The bathroom module is small and basic.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant location near the fishing port and old town. Convenient for ferries too
Cons: WiFi a bit intermittent
4.6 Okay
Pros: The Location
Cons: Climbing 6 flights of stairs to the room, no lift, fire hazzard waiting to happen, sleeping on the top floor with no means of escape other than going back down 6 flight of stairs, glad to leave.
