Cons:
It came out that instead of paying 284 euros for a medium vehicle including tax, when I returned almost a full tank, I paid 518 euros for a small vehicle with double tax and a charge on another fuel tank. A very bad experience. Will not rent a car from Avis again.6.0 Okay

Cons:
I filled the car with gas < 5km from the drop-off office; however, La Spezia office was closed from 11:30am - 2pm. I showed up at 1pm. Having no one to process the check-out, I left the keys in the box. Reviewing my bill, there’s a 70 Euro charge for fuel - despite my returning with a full tank.8.0 Very Good

I was quoted 58.72 Euros for this car but when I reviewed my bill I was charged $121.05USD. The USD to EUR exchange rate is not more than 2:110.0 Wonderful
