Cheats - Swapped my booking with a low grade car
Pros: Liked nothing AS WE FELT CHEATED
Cons: We booked for an 8 seater Ford Transit van or equivalent. Picture on website and on the confirmation email showed that. But on reaching the counter in Mauritius, the Avis staff said they have no such vehicle in their portfolio and instead forced us to take an Suzuki Ertiga. We were forced to cancel it which put our whole travel group into great discomfort. But the cheating didn't stop there. Despite not being able to offer a vehicle equivalent to what we booked they still took a steep cancellation fee. Monstrous scam

Excellent experience with Avis in Mauritius
Pros: Everything from the greeting, service and drop off was a positive experience for me.
Cons: Car variety could improve, under the category I booked.
