The car was pretty goodCons:
Whoever manages this place needs to hire more people so when flights get delayed the poor counter person doesn't get slammed. This is North Dakota. In Winter. Flights will get delayed and it's unfair to everyone to have one single person working the desk and 30 people waiting in line from 3 flights. Enterprise is generally a pretty good franchise but this one really needs to hire more people, as does the airport.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff was very friendly and helpful.Cons:
The drop off was confusing. No one was at the counter when I first arrived. There was a sign saying they were servicing vehicles and to call a phone number. No one answered when I called so I left a message. The employee called me back and gave me instructions to return the car. I had to return an hour later to drop off the car. When I did, I saw the sign with instructions for drop off but it was not in an easily seen area. Also, the way to drop off was inconvenient.National
