Hair and mold
The location was close to where I needed to be.
The rooms were dirty. The first room 423 wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair in the bed and in the shower curtain. Maintenance had to be called to fix a drain stoppage. we moved to another room that also had hair in the bed and mold in the shower grout. We assumed any other room wouldn't be better so we didn't move for the third time. Horrible
Helpful staff, clean,
Food on the dull side
Not Worth The Value
Hotel is old and runned down EVEN WITH the renovations. MOST of the tv channels are partially scrambled and unable to be viewed. I had to change rooms twice until I was able to find one with a working AC unit (the unit would shut off after running for about 3-4 mins and wouldn't come back on). The lady at the bar obviously has been there way long and I observed her complaining about her boss. There were ants all over the bar and the philly cheese steak was bad. There are many more similar priced hotels in C'ville than this one. I would recommend you check them out first.
