Guests say
Overall, guests expressed significant dissatisfaction with the hotel, most notably criticizing the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, with repeated mentions of dirt, bugs, and unpleasant smells. While a few guests appreciated the location and found the price reasonable, these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences. Bed comfort and noise were additional sources of discontent. Only a handful of reviews mentioned positive staff interactions or value for price.AI-generated from customer reviews
