I can't complain - for the price this was a comfortable, clean one night stop on our travels. We checked in late, so we had to go to the bullet-proof window, which was a little scary at first. But when we got to our room, it was cozy and comfortable. Never had any issues with noise or cleanliness.
The staff probably does what they can with the limited resources they are given, but they can be pretty off-putting.
