Cons (-) Keep the bar and restaurant open later when there are customers waiting. Adjust your schedule to match unanticipated volume due to flight cancellations. Didn’t hurt me, but you missed an opportunity.

Pros (+) We had a very late check in, and the woman at the front desk was understanding and amazing. The hotel was clean, easy to navigate and ended up saving us money by leaving our car and just using the shuttle to and from instead of airport parking.

Pros (+) We arrived very late due to cancelled flight (literally booked our stay from the airplane flight in to CLT). Staff was very accommodating and kind. Hotel was very clean. Dining room/room service closed for the night, but there were microwave meals available, so glad! Staff also offered list of local places sill open for food delivery as another option. They did try to make our stay as good as poss...
Cons (-) Bed was very firm (too much after sitting in an airplane seat for several hours) and coffee maker was broken. No biggie on the coffee maker, things break and there's coffee in the lobby. First time in a Hilton with such a firm mattress.

Pros (+) Friendly, courteous, efficient staff. Meals delivered to room from outside restaurants no delay. Airport shuttle was very convenient.
