I did not feel like the rooms were being cleaned enough considering we were in a pandemic. The first room we checked into wasn’t even cleaned yet . The second room there was still garbage in the bathroom can . The breakfast was terrible . I understand they cannot do hot a normal breakfast due to covid but they have little baggies with granola bars and packets of oatmeal . I would have much rather pre wrapped muffins bagels etc .
It was a very nice place to stay, but it the noise, the constant banging and screaming of kids, barking dogs, laughing people at all hours (I’m not exaggerating to mention this was at full volume well passed midnight) just ruined any chance of enjoying the hotel. We had to wear ear plugs to sleep and it was still a war zone at all hours.
As above - the reason this reflects on the hotel is because I talked to the staff about it and they did nothing. So I won’t b back, but the obnoxious, rude, inconsiderate “guests” they seem to enjoy can have it all. I’ll never go back.
This place is awesome. Great staff and it's within walking distance to everything!
Couldn't enjoy the restaurant due to Covid-19 restrictions (which is nobody's fault). The staff still offered a bagged grab and go breakfast. I just would like to enjoy all of the amenities some day!
No parking and high parking expense. No hot breakfast
Staff was friendly and apologized, the lady was able to comp us $70 back and offered to switch our rooms. The room had a nice view.
Not very clean, you can tell someone was rushing to get it done. No towels in the room and no housekeeping service. Bed was highly uncomfortable. We had a high rise king bed and my husband's feet hung off the bed. For breakfast we got a packet of dry oatmeal, an orange, a fruit cup, a muffin, and a bottle of juice in a brown paper bag. You have to pay $1.00 every half hour for parking. For over $200 a night and paying for parking I expected more out of this place. I wouldn't recommend staying here, my whole body is sore from sleeping on their mattress.
