Pros (+) rooms were clean, hotel was clean and updated. Covid policies in effect like others state, sanitizer, masks, etc.
Cons (-) Im a Gold Tier Member, since there are no clubs, breakfast should have been given to me. If not breakfast, coffee since there are no makers in the room. Our first room no hot water. There was no compensation for my troubles of moving rooms, they did not offer anything except a lame apology. In fact, they did not suggest "room move" when told that there was no hot water, instead, they wanted to sen...

Pros (+) The location was great. Easily got to downtown and the beach and tons of good restaurants. The hotel was clean and staff were nice.
Cons (-) The hotel has not redone the bathrooms and that was kind of a deal breaker for us returning. It was very difficult getting our kids bathed with no tub. There are only showers and no step inside so it's impossible to shave your legs. There were also a lot of young adults when we were there so we had to call the front desk several times to complain about noise. Our kids were woken up at 2:30 in the ...

Pros (+) Loved the outside lounging area with the firepits. The breakfast buffet was good.
Cons (-) The hotel had construction going on throughout my stay. I woke up to drilling and hammering, unable to sleep in. The showers were outdated and bathrooms small.

Cons (-) Watch out for hotel airport shuttle--was told by the front desk it was $15 and was then charged $35 by the driver. It also arrived 15 minutes late! Not ideal.

Cons (-) Needs extensive renovation. The room was falling apart with the ceiling peeling. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted and the bathroom were hardly ever properly cleaned. Hair all over the floor. Carpets were dirty and smelled.

Pros (+) We stayed there the night of our wedding, so we were only there for a short time, but we loved it. The bartender gave us a drink on the house and was very friendly. We never made it to the rooftop area, but we enjoyed the lounge outside the bar downstairs. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Cons (-) First we didn't get the room we chose in pre checkin, the shuttle or wifi wasn't free as it was listed online. Could have been kayaks fault but either way not happy about that. AC didn't seem to work either. Paid a lot for the stay so that stuff shouldn't have been issues.
