Polite staff and very friendly, excellent location for our needs, clean and comfortable. I’m reluctant to say too much in case it it fully booked when I next want to stay!
Very quiet and peaceful location but still at walking distance to the lovely old town and harbour with shops and restaurants. The hotel is located on a little sandy beach and the sea is visible from the pool and outdoor sitting areas, as well as many of the rooms or the balconies. The room was very spacious with a large and very comfortable bed, great curtains to keep out the sun in the morning, and had a little kitchen, so it was not necessary to eat out all the time. The bathroom had a rain shower as well as a normal shower. All in all great value for money and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to crete
The only thing that was not ideal was that the bathroom ventillation was not very strong so it got quite damp in the room after showers, but this was easily remedied by opening the balcony door
The hotel was in an excellent location, on the beach and a short walk to the old town. The room was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The room was a studio and very well equipped with cooking facilities, tv, fridge etc. The staff were very helpful, particularly Katerina who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and gave us lots of information about the area and recommended good places to visit. She made our stay so special. Thank you Katerina. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Very comfortable room - bed was excellent. Good TV channels. Pool was lovely, beach & restaurants close. Breakfast freshly-cooked & very good.
We were only there one night so it was lovely to have been given a convenient ground floor apartment. It is right next to the beach which is fabulous. Not too far to walk to the bus station either (about 15 minutes). Easy walk to town along the beach or front. There are some good restaurants nearby so we did not go into the main harbour to eat but stayed close by.
It could be considered good or bad depending on your point of view but it felt a bit deserted. It was getting near to the end of the season, but it was still hot! October in Crete seems a lovely month but for some reason places were starting to shut. All the restaurants etc were still open, but beach bars seemed to be shutting.
