Room was clean, spacious! Breakfast amazing and front desk lady went above and beyond to help us!

Couldn't see the lighthouse from our room unless you bent your head out the window

Everything about this property is perfect. From the first communication to the last goodbye it was faultless. We travel a lot and this property is a true standout. Room, Food, Staff, Location all a 10. The people at the Cretan Renaissance really know hospitality. They wrap you up in it, and it is truly a delight. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A longer stay.

Super central location, directly at promenade, sea and old town. Very friendly and warm staff. Hotel is a family business which makes it very personal and not cold relationship. They even called us to check if everything is ok as we had late checkin. Breakfast was GREAT, very tasty and restaurant style, not buffet. Room was really clean and kinda design room, especially bathroom. Super nice decorations and style. Restaurant is actually outside so you can enjoy spectacular view!

The only minus is that our room had no balcony, nor proper window view :( But I guess we knew this already.

I absolutely loved Cretan Renaissance and would highly recommend the accommodation and restaurant. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful making us feel very welcome. The location was perfect with cafes, souvenier shops and places of interest on the doorstep. Our room was gorgeous and very spacious and the view from the room was spectacular !!! Breakfast was included in the cost of the accommodation providing a varied menu selection including authentic and delicious Cretan dishes.

Nothing not to like ... it was perfect !
